An innovative light fixture for use with acoustical shells is disclosed. The fixture incorporates a dome gimbal to allow rotation front-to-back and left-right around a horizontal axis and a third axis of rotation around a vertical axis. The dome configuration allows for a low profile and toolless adjustment allows stage side aiming by hand.

An integrated and compact bag filling machine comprising a material dispensing spout, a slip tube suspended in substantially vertical alignment with the spout, and a bag sealing apparatus comprising a pair of opposable forming bars and a pair of independently actuable and opposable sealing bars is herein disclosed. The bag filling machine is capable of bottom filling and sealing both paper and plastic bags having gusseted or flat sides with little or no modification.

Compact bag filling machine

A bag filling machine comprising a supply hopper, a material flow control mechanism and a rotatable bag filling spout is herein disclosed. The rotating bag filling spout is constructed and arranged for rotation about a vertical axis and is connected to the supply hopper through the material flow control mechanism so as to convey bulk commodities stored in the supply hopper into a bag that is to be filled. After the bag has been filled, the rotatable bag filling spout rotates to close the bag. A sealing mechanism is also provided to seal the filled bags once they have been closed by the rotating bag filling spout.

Bulk bagging machine

A fully automated apparatus and operating system for supplying, transferring, filling, and sealing bags, utilizing a clam shell type of filling spout is provided in combination with apparatus for sealing each filled bag in close proximity to the spout. The bag sealing apparatus incorporates heat sealing bars mounted on a carriage movable between a first position adjacent to the filling spout for receiving filled bags and sealing them, and a second position wherein filled and sealed bags are released. The same carriage supports clamping bars movable between open and closed positions to clamp a filled bag while it is still being held on the filling spout, and to support the bag, after removal from the spout, while the bag mouth is being sealed by the heat sealing bars. The machine also incorporates automatically controlled bag supply apparatus which functions to deliver bags into position to be picked up by a bag transfer assembly with clamps which grip the leading edge of each bag as it is supplied on a conveyor; and the transfer assembly is swingable to a position wherein it accurately places the mouth of a bag on the filling spout. The spout is pivotally movable between a first, bag receiving and fill commencing position, and a second, bag release position wherein a filled bag is properly located for engagement by the aforesaid clamping and sealing bars on the movable carriage.
