The apparatus for manufacturing an iron core for a dynamo-electric machine according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a rotary layering part for layering while rotating an iron core material punched from an electromagnetic steel sheet, a drive source for generating a drive force for rotating the rotary layering part, and a drive force transmission part for transmitting the drive force generated by the drive source to the rotary layering part. The drive force transmission part is configured from a plurality of gears arranged between the drive source and the rotary layering part. The rotary layering part is provided with a rotation position establishing means for establishing the rotation position of the rotary layering part.

Apparatus for manufacturing iron core for rotating electric machine

A method of progressive processing includes feeding a strip-shaped sheet to a press machine; pressing the strip-shaped sheet with the press machine; and joining the strip-shaped sheet with a new strip-shaped sheet by applying a tape over an end of the strip-shaped sheet located in a direction opposite a direction in which the strip-shaped sheet is fed and an end of the new strip-shaped sheet located in a direction in which the new strip-shaped sheet is fed.

Progressive processing method

According to one embodiment, an electrical machine includes a rotor and an armature. The armature includes first to third stator cores, and an armature coil. The first and second stator cores are arranged along a direction of a rotation axis of the rotor. The third stator core is arranged opposite to the first and second stator cores. The armature coil is provided between the first and second stator cores. The first and second stator cores have a same shape and each include magnetic poles and a first positioning part. The third stator core includes a second positioning part. A relative phase angle of the first stator core and a relative phase angle of the second stator core in the rotation direction are set by using the first positioning part and the second positioning part.

Skewed stator cores for improved torque and efficiency

A method of manufacturing a stator core includes punching out core members from an electrical steel sheet in three rows arrangement side by side along a width direction of the electrical steel sheet. Each of the core members has connecting projections. The connecting projections project radially outward from an outer periphery of the core member. The punched out core members are stacked to form the stator core. Each of the core members in two of the three rows arrangement have a connecting projection angled at a first angle from the width direction of the electrical steel sheet. Each of the core members in a third row having a connecting projection angled at a different second angle from the width direction of the electrical steel sheet.

Method of manufacturing stator core

A method of manufacturing a stator core includes die-cutting iron core materials from a band-shaped magnetic steel sheet and stacking the materials. Each material includes an inner circumference formed with three interconnecting lugs. At least one of the lugs included in one of two rows is located between the materials lengthwise adjacent to each other in the other row. Marginal regions are located in parts of the sheet located between the lugs of the materials adjacent to each other in a lengthwise direction of the sheet in a common row, between the material of the one row and the material of the other row and between the materials to be die-cut and each end of the sheet, respectively. The marginal regions are sized to be approximate to a web width in order to join remaining materials after the materials have been die-cut.

Method of manufacturing stator core and the stator core

A stator for a dynamoelectric machine includes an annular stator core composed of a developed core formed by stacking a number of steel sheets, each steel sheet including a plurality of unit cores each of which includes a unit yoke and a magnetic pole tooth and which are sequentially connected together by connecting portions integral with the respective unit yokes, and a stator coil wound on the magnetic pole teeth. Each unit yoke has a circumferential end overlapping, in a direction of stacking of the steel sheets, a circumferential end of the unit yoke adjacent to said each unit yoke.

Stator for dynamoelectric machine

A laminated core for dynamoelectric machines and so on is formed of thin sheet core pieces each blanked into a predetermined configuration and stacked one upon another and are successively welded at a plurality of weld zones of an edge of each core piece by continuous or spot irradiation of laser beams so that the core pieces are combined together. The core piece constituting one of two end faces of the core has first notches formed in one half of the weld zones of the core piece. The core piece constituting the other end face of the core has second notches formed in one half of the weld zones of the core piece constituting the other end face of the core. The first notches are shifted from the second notches by 90 degrees.

Laminated core

A press forming device for forming a plurality of inwardly directed projections on a circumferential wall of a tubular article to be formed. The press forming device includes a lower die holder adapted to be mounted on a lower base of a press machine, and a die fixed on the lower die holder. The die has a plurality of inside forming parts on a circumferential surface of the die, each for forming one of the projections, respectively. The press forming device further includes a plurality of punches mounted on the lower die holder around an outer circumference of the die, each being arranged to be capable of being moved towards or away from the die, and each having an outside forming part in a position facing one of the inside forming parts for forming one of the projections, respectively. The press forming device also includes an upper die holder adapted to be mounted on an upper raising and lowering base of the press machine and a plurality of pressing members of wedge shape mounted on the upper die holder. Each of the pressing members is mounted at a position above one of the punches for moving one of the punches in a direction towards the die with lowering the raising and lowering base, to thereby press the tubular article between one of the inside forming parts of the die and one of the outside forming parts of the punches, respectively.
