A thin-wall bearing, comprising a retainer () formed in a divided type having a plurality of resin plate-like members (), (), . . . curved along an inner ring () and an outer ring (). The retainer () comprises pockets () opening to the axial end part thereof and rollingly holding balls (). Slit-like through holes () extending in the axial direction and opening to the axial end part where the opening parts () of the pockets () are positioned are formed at the center parts of pillars () between the pockets () and () adjacent to each other. As a result, the thin-wall bearing can have excellent lubricity.

A liner motion device has a liner motion element fitted on a shaft and moving straight along the shaft; a plurality of balls which are retained in a rolling element groove formed on the inner side of the liner motion element and roll over between the rolling element groove and the shaft; a separator interposed between the rolling elements; and, a circulating path formed in the liner motion element through which the rolling elements are circulated from one end of the rolling element groove to the other, wherein the separator is a product of a synthetic resin containing a lubricating oil in an amount of 3 to 25% by volume.

A rolling bearing comprises a inner ring (as a movable member), an outer ring (as supporter) for supporting the inner ring , and a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring . The rolling element are rotated in accordance with the rotation of the inner ring . The rolling bearing is to be located in the vicinity of a heat source. The outer ring located nearer to the heat source than the inner ring is composed with a material of a heat conductivity being 40 W/m&middot;K or less.

The present invention provides a rolling apparatus comprising a movable member which can undergo rotary or linear motion, a support member which carries the movable member, rolling elements which are interposed between the movable member and the support member and which roll with the movement of the movable member, and a lubricant composition which is disposed between the movable member on which the rolling elements roll and the support member, wherein the lubricant composition is a mixture of (1) a thickening agent which is at least one selected from the group consisting of a solid fluoropolymer, a lamellar mineral powder, an ultrafinely particulate organic material, an organic solid lubricant and an ultrafinely particulate inorganic material, and (2) a base oil comprising a liquid fluorinated polymer oil.

The rolling device of the present invention utilizes any one of 1) a lubricant containing a liquid fluorinated polymer oil having a kinetic viscosity at &minus;20&deg; C. falling within a range of between 100 mm /sec and 3,000 mm /sec and a vapor pressure at 50&deg; C. not higher than 2&times;10 Torr, 2) a lubricant containing a liquid fluorinated polymer oil having a kinetic viscosity at 40&deg; C. falling within a range of between 10 mm /sec and 400 mm /sec and having a kinetic viscosity at 100&deg; C. falling within a range of between 3 mm /sec and 80 mm /sec, and 3) a lubricant constituted by a grease composition containing a mixture of a liquid fluorinated polymer oil having a kinetic viscosity at 40&deg; C. falling within a range of between 10 mm /sec and 400 mm /sec as a base oil and a thickening agent.

An inner ring,an outer ring,and a cage,are made of a resin composition comprising a melt-moldable fluoro-resin as a main ingredient, which can provide a rolling bearing capable of maintaining lubricity for a long period of time even when it is used in a corrosive aqueous solution or under a circumstance where mists or droplets of a corrosive solution are present.

A rolling bearing apparatus is disclosed, which have a cage disposed between an inner ring raceway track and an outer ring raceway track in a freely rotatable manner so as to guide and hold a plurality of rolling elements, wherein said cage is made of a resin composition which comprises a melt-moldable fluororesin as the main component and further contains at least one solid lubricant having an average particle diameter of from 0.1 to 60 .mu.m and a fibrous filler having an aspect ratio of from 3 to 200. The rolling bearing apparatus is inexpensive and, in particular, is capable of retaining lubricity over long even in a high-temperature environment and is reduced in the outward flying of particles therefrom.
