Disclosed are: a polyalkylene terephthalate resin composition comprising (A) a polyalkylene terephthalate resin and (B) an acrylic-based core-shell polymer which has an average particle size of 2 &#x3bc;m or greater and in which an amount of the core layer component is more than 80% by mass but less than 100% by mass relative to a total mass of the core layer component and a shell layer component; and a molded article which is obtained by molding the polyalkylene terephthalate resin composition.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a rubber graft copolymer comprising a core layer containing a rubber copolymer and a shell layer grafted on the core layer and a thermoplastic resin comprising a polycarbonate resin and an aliphatic polyester resin in the mass ratio of the rubber graft copolymer/the thermoplastic resin of 3/100 or more, wherein the shell layer is obtained by polymerizing or copolymerizing a (meth)acrylate monomer having an epoxy group, and the amount of the (meth)acrylate monomer having an epoxy group is 3 parts by mass or more and less than 29 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber graft copolymer. The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention can be utilized in various applications.

An object of the present invention is to provide a curable composition that can be used as sealing materials, adhesives, and the like, has excellent curing properties, and gives a cured product excellent in elongation properties. The object can be attained by means of a curable composition comprising: a reactive silyl group-containing polyether polymer (A) that contains a reactive silyl group with high activity (e.g., (ClCH)(CHO)Si&#x2014;, (CHOCH)(CHO)Si&#x2014;, or CH(CHO)Si&#x2014;CH&#x2014;NH&#x2014;C(&#x2550;O)&#x2014;); and a reactive silyl group-containing polyether polymer (B) that contains a reactive silyl group (e.g., CH(CHO)Si&#x2014; or (CHO)Si&#x2014;) different from that mentioned above and/or a (meth)acrylic polymer (C) containing a reactive silyl group that is not particularly limited.

Curable composition

The present invention provides a curable composition useful as a contact adhesive which has a high rate of initial tack development, high tack strength, and long retention time of the developed tack. The curable composition includes an organic polymer (Q) containing a reactive silyl group, and a linear organic polymer (P) having a number average molecular weight larger than that of the polymer (Q) and having a reactive silyl group containing three hydrolyzable groups at only one terminal. The organic polymer (P) and the organic polymer (Q) are mixed at a mixing ratio (P):(Q), in terms of parts by weight, of 60:40 to 5:95.

A polycarbonate resin composition which has a high biogenic matter content, is excellent in transparency, surface hardness and impact resistance and is useful as an industrial material having excellent moldability. The resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate (component A) containing not less than 30 mol % of a recurring unit represented by the following formula (1) and 2 to 20 parts by weight of an impact resistance modifier (component B), wherein the resin composition has an aggregation structure that impact resistance modifier (component B) domains are dispersed in the matrix of the polycarbonate (component A), the average size of the impact resistance modifier domains is 5 to 200 nm, and the normalized dispersity is not more than 17% 

Resin composition and molded article thereof

A curable composition comprises a reactive silicon group-containing polyoxyalkylene polymer which is obtained by reacting a polyoxyalkylene polymer (A) having a molecular weight distribution of 1.6 or less, a number average molecular weight of 15,000 to 50,000, and 0.8 or more reactive groups, on average, per molecule thereof with an organic compound (B) having in the molecule thereof a reactive silicon group and a functional group capable of reacting with the reactive groups of the polymer (A) in a proportion of 0.8 to 1.5 molecules of the organic compound (B), on average, per molecule of the component (A), a filler (C) and a curing catalyst (D). The composition contains no plasticizer or a small amount of plasticizer.

An object of the present invention is to improve a drying property of paint in application of alkyd paint to the surface of a cured material resulting from the curable composition containing an oxyalkylene polymer having at least one silicon-containing functional group capable of cross-linking by formation of at least one siloxane bond, and to provide a composition that contains an oxyalkylene polymer (A) having at least one silicon-containing functional group capable of cross-linking by formation of at least one siloxane bond and 2,6-di-t-butylhydroxytoluene wherein the content of the above-described 2,6-di-t-butylhydroxytoluene is 350 ppm or less relative to the above-described polymer (A).
