In order to adjust the amount of money in a transaction apparatus installed in a store, a transaction system includes: a money handling unit that receives money, and recognizes and counts the received money to acquire a first total amount of the received money and a quantity of money for each denomination; a memory that stores therein a transaction condition including a transaction fee rate previously set for each denomination; and a processing unit that calculates, for each denomination, an amount of money by multiplying the quantity of money for each denomination by the transaction fee rate, based on the quantity of money and the transaction condition, and performs processing on a transaction of the received money, based on the first total amount acquired by the money handling unit and on a second total amount calculated by summing up the calculated amounts of money for the respective denominations.

Transaction system, transaction apparatus, and transaction method

A money handling machine () according to the present invention includes a hopper () from which money is inputted, a money output port () from which money is outputted, a recognition unit () which recognizes the denomination of the money inputted from the hopper (), a bundled money storage chamber () provided solely for 100-yuan banknotes as a first denomination, a loose money storage chamber () which stores money in a loose state, a to-be-bundled money stacking section (), and a bundling device (). The 100-yuan banknotes recognized by the recognition unit () are transported directly to the to-be-bundled money stacking section () through a transport path, bundled into a batch by the bundling device (), and stored in the bundled money storage chamber ().

A paper-sheet feeding device including a kicker roller configured to contact a forefront paper-sheet of a plurality of stacked paper-sheets and kick out the forefront paper-sheet; a feed roller to feed-out the paper-sheets to be kicked out by the kicker roller; and a press-fitting roller press-fit against the feed roller to provide a gate unit adapted to separate the paper-sheets to be fed by the feed roller, into one sheet. The kicker roller includes a base part and a high friction part formed in part of the outer circumference of the base part along the circumferential direction and configured to kick out the forefront paper-sheet. The feed roller includes a base part and a high friction part formed over the entire outer circumference of the base part and configured to contact the surface of the paper-sheet to be kicked out by the kicker roller to perform feed-out of the paper-sheet.

Kicker roller

A torque limiter between a pressure roller and shaft, which is configured to allow the pressure roller to rotate in a feed-out direction of a paper-sheet P, relative to the shaft, when a torque greater than a predetermined torque T is applied to the pressure roller along a circumferential direction thereof, while interlocking the pressure roller with the shaft when the torque applied to the pressure roller along the circumferential direction thereof is less than the predetermined torque. Further, the predetermined torque is set less than frictional torque Ndirectly generated between a feed roller friction part and a pressure roller friction part at a nip part N, while being set greater than both the frictional torque Ngenerated between the pressure roller friction part of the pressure roller and the paper-sheet P at the nip part N and the frictional torque Ngenerated between a pair of paper-sheets P at the nip part.

Paper-sheet feeding device with kicker roller

A sheet storing/feeding device includes a receptacle for holding standing sheets, a stacking and feeding mechanism to successively carry the sheets into the receptacle and to feed a forefront sheet out of the receptacle. A pushing member configured to be optionally advanced and retracted is provided on the side of the forefront sheet in the receptacle, and a holding member is provided to be in contact with a backmost sheet in the receptacle. A retaining member is provided to be optionally advanced and retracted relative to a storage space defined between the stacking and feeding mechanism and the holding member. The retaining member, when advanced, can hold the sheets in the receptacle between the retaining member and the holding member so as to bring them into a temporary holding state, while, when retracted, can release the paper-sheets in the temporary holding state.

Paper-sheet storing and feeding device

The present invention provides a coin arranging/conveying apparatus that is capable of reliably conveying coins one at a time into a coin passage unit even if there is such a great difference in diameter or thickness of coins. A first gate portion is defined by a separation roller, an arranging/conveying surface of an arranging/conveying belt, and a movable roller. The movable roller faces the underside of the arranging/conveying surface of the arranging/conveying belt. A second gate portion is defined by a coin passage upstream end roller, and the portion of a transfer belt wrapped around the coin passage upstream end roller. Coins are arranged in a single layer in single file by means of the first gate portion, as well as the second gate portion.
