The eye drop container includes a container body having an inner plug and an opening part in which the inner plug is mounted. The inner plug is mounted in the opening part of the container body, constitutes a nozzle part, and has a liquid-contacting part which is constituted of a layer including a cyclic olefin copolymer, a cushioning part which is provided in an outer circumferential part in contact with the opening part, a flange part which comes into contact with a tip surface of the opening part, and a leg part which comes into contact with an inner surface of the opening part. The cushioning part is provided on at least an outer circumferential surface of the leg part.

Inner plug constituting nozzle and eye drop container

A port-equipped bag includes a bag body formed in a bag shape with a sheet, and a cylindrical port member attached to the bag body, and an inner plug and a cap can be attached to the port member. The port member includes an attaching target portion that is covered by the cap in a case in which the cap is attached thereto and an annular lip protruding outward from the port member. The lip has an annular engagement surface facing the bag body, and the engagement surface has an angle of 45° to 135° with respect to an outer peripheral surface of the attaching target portion in a cross section in an axial direction of the attaching target portion.

Port-equipped bag and cap-equipped bag

An ophthalmic solution container has an accommodation part in which an ophthalmic solution is accommodated, and the accommodation part is composed of a laminate having a layer containing a cyclic olefin interpolymer (copolymer) and a layer containing a polyethylene resin provided outside the layer containing the cyclic olefin interpolymer (copolymer). The thickness of the layer containing the cyclic olefin interpolymer (copolymer) is 50 μm to 1,000 μm, and the thickness of the laminate is 300 μm to 2,000 μm. According to the container, it is possible to minimize sorption (adsorption and absorption) of the ophthalmic solution, it is possible to improve moisture barrier properties and minimize evaporation, and it is also possible to reduce the squeeze strength.

Ophthalmic solution container

A plastic container has superior storage stability for pharmaceutical ingredients exhibiting a high affinity to plastic and can be mass-produced at low cost. The container has a bag body formed into a bag shape by a sheet member with a storage part on the inside thereof, and a tubular port member attached to the bag body, wherein one end of the tubular port member communicates with the storage part and an opening part of the other end is exposed outside of the bag body. The sheet member is formed from two or more layers including a base resin layer and an innermost layer formed from an amorphous polymer, as a main component, formed by polymerizing at least one type of olefin monomer, having a cyclic hydrocarbon skeleton, and the port member is formed from a resin having a crystalline polyolefin having no cyclic hydrocarbon skeleton, as a main component.

Plastic container

A laminate has a substrate layer, an intermediate layer, and a fluorine-based resin layer in that order, in which the substrate layer contains any one or more kinds of a polyolefin-based resin, a polyester-based resin or a vinyl-based resin, the intermediate layer contains a polyethylene resin and a modified polyethylene resin, and the intermediate layer has a thickness of 5 μm or more and 50 μm or less.

Laminate, blister pack, press-through package, and laminate manufacturing method

A package has a bag body, at least one mouth part member bonded to the bag body, and a contained product being a liquid housed in the bag body. The bag body is formed in a bag shape by using laminates each having a sealant layer and a water vapor barrier layer composed at least of a fluorine-based resin, and by bonding together the sealant layers opposing each other so that the sealant layers are to be located on the inside of the bag body. The mouth part member is sandwiched between the oppositely facing sealant layers and is bonded thereto. The volume V of the contained product housed in the bag body is 0.1-20 cm, and the relation between the area S (cm) where the bag body is in contact with the contained product housed in the bag body and the aforementioned volume V (cm) satisfies 0.05&#x2264;V/S&#x2264;0.25 (formula (I)).

Package

A laminate has a substrate layer, an intermediate layer, and a fluorine-based resin layer in this order, and has a total film thickness of 400 &#x3bc;m or less, in which a thickness of the fluorine-based resin layer is 20 &#x3bc;m or more and 150 &#x3bc;m or less and a water vapor permeability of the laminate is 0.5 g/m/24 hours or less.

Laminate, blister container, and push-through package

A laminate has a substrate layer, an intermediate layer, and a fluorine-based resin layer in this order, and has a total film thickness of 400 &#x3bc;m or less, in which a thickness of the intermediate layer is 5 &#x3bc;m or more and 50 &#x3bc;m or less, and an upper yield point stress of the laminate is 1,500 N/cmor more.

The present invention provides an adhesive resin composition that is used for adhesion of a fluorine-based resin and is aimed at adhesion between fluorine-based resins or between a fluorine-based resin and a material other than a fluorine-based resin. More specifically, the present invention relates to an adhesive resin composition for use in adhesion of a fluorine-based resin, the composition including a polyethylene-based resin, an elastomer component, and a component having an epoxy group and a vinyl group, wherein a content of the polyethylene-based resin is 55 parts by mass or more and 90 parts by mass or less, a content of the elastomer component is 10 parts by mass or more and 45 parts by mass or less, the elastomer component and the component having an epoxy group and a vinyl group have a common repetition unit, and a content of the component having an epoxy group and a vinyl group based on a total amount of 100 parts by mass of the polyethylene-based resin and the elastomer component is 0.1 parts by mass or more and 1.5 parts by mass or less.

Adhesive resin composition, film for fluorine resin adhesion, laminate, and method for producing laminate

A laminate has a substrate layer, an intermediate layer, and a fluorine-based resin layer in that order, in which the substrate layer contains any one or more kinds of a polyolefin-based resin, a polyester-based resin or a vinyl-based resin, the intermediate layer contains a polyethylene resin and a modified polyethylene resin, and the intermediate layer has a thickness of 5 &#x3bc;m or more and 50 &#x3bc;m or less.

To provide a tubular container which has non-absorbing properties with respect to contents as well as gas barrier properties. A tubular containercomprises at least an outlet unitprovided with an outlet partthrough which contents are dispensed and a shoulder partthat extends radially outward from the outlet part; and a body partthat is welded to the shoulder partof the outlet unitand stores the contents therein, wherein the body partcomprises at least an innermost layer formed from a non-absorbing resin on an inner side that comes into contact with the contents, an outermost layer formed on an outermost side, and an intermediate layer formed between the innermost layer and the outermost layer and including a gas barrier layer. This tubular containeris characterized by a structural form wherein all surfaces coming into contact with the contents are formed from a non-absorbing resin or a structural form with a transparent body part including a gas barrier layer.

Tubular container

Provided are a light-shielding sheet that has a function of shielding light of a specific wavelength and that is capable of preventing a light-shielding substance from being transferred into the contents and seeping out of a container and a container produced using the light-shielding sheet. This light-shielding sheet of the present invention has a multilayer structure of three or more layers including at least one light-shielding layer that shields a specific wavelength and/or eluate-blocking layer that blocks substances eluted from the light-shielding layer. When producing a container from the light-shielding sheet, an eluate-blocking layer A is provided at least between the light-shielding layer and an innermost layer or on the innermost layer, and an eluate-blocking layer B is provided between the light-shielding layer and an outermost layer or on the outermost layer. The light-shielding layer may further double as an eluate-blocking layer.

Light-shielding sheet and container

A pouring port of a container for liquid at one end of which a rubber stopper allowing the penetration of an injection needle therethrough is embedded, wherein: the pouring port is formed by welding a port part, at least the innermost layer of which forming the discharge channel thereof comprises a resin containing a COP-based resin as the main component, with a stopper body part, which holds the rubber stopper and comprises a resin containing a COP-based resin as the main component, via the resin layers containing the respective COP-based resins as the main component; and at least the resin constituting the stopper body part contains a rubber component in an amount of not more than 30% by mass, or has, in the main chain, a molecular structure represented by general formula (1) [wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or an organic group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; and n represents an integer equal to or greater than 1]and contains a PE-based resin in an amount of 30% by mass or less, and/or contains an antioxidant in an amount of 0.1% by mass or more and not more than 1.0% by mass.

Pouring port, method for producing same and container for liquid provided with the pouring port

A package with multiple chambers, wherein the inside of the package is partitioned into multiple chambers by a weak seal part(s) formed by sealing one sheet having a heat seal layer in at least one surface thereof and the other sheet having a heat seal layer in at least one surface thereof with the heat seal layers facing each other and sealing the peripheral edge parts thereof, and heat-pressing, from the outside of the package, a part of the inner surfaces of the walls of the package with the heat seal layers. The package is characterized in that both of two heat seal layers forming the inner surfaces of the walls include only a cyclic polyolefin resin as a resin ingredient.
