The present invention enables a user terminal to perform communication while maintaining anonymity of a user. An ID management device of the present invention includes a storage unit configured to store use status of identification information for communication of an application service provided within a predetermined area, an issuing unit configured to issue unused identification information to a user terminal provided with the application service, and an updating unit configured to, when unused identification information is issued, update the use status to indicate that the unused identification information is in use, and, when a use end condition for issued identification information is satisfied, update the use status to indicate that the issued identification information is unused.

In a thin image capture lens feeding device, wear can be avoided, even when switching between a normal image capture mode and a macro image capture mode is repeated. A lens retention housing may move back and forth when rotated relative to a holder. The holder, in sliding coupling with the lens retention housing, holds the lens retention housing. Enclosed between a pressing cover and the holder are a spacer, micro-coil spring set, and lens retention housing; by coupling the pressing cover and the holder by claw portions, an integrated image capture lens feeding device is assembled. The spacer and lens retention housing are integrated by a linking hole and linking rod, configured such that the lens retention housing and the spacer rotate simultaneously by the same amount, so that wear at the contact portions between the spring means and spacer is avoided.

An image pickup lens unit includes, as viewed from an object side, a retainer having an aperture stop, an image pickup lens, and a holder. The retainer having an aperture stop and the image pickup lens are united with each other. The holder assumes a substantially cylindrical shape and accommodates the image pickup lens such that the image pickup lens is united with the holder in a manner movable in relation to the holder, whereby movement of the retainer having an aperture stop causes the image pickup lens to move in relation to the holder to thereby carry out focus adjustment.

The present invention provides a method of producing a chlorinated rubber wherein an acidic or highly acidic chlorinated rubber cake obtained after chlorinating a rubber latex or an aqueous dispersion is subjected to fluidized drying together with a drying medium to obtain a preliminary dried powder, and the preliminary dried powder is subjected to fluidized drying again. According to the present invention, a high quality chlorinated rubber can be obtained efficiently with easy handling from an acidic or highly acidic chlorinated rubber cake obtained after chlorinating a rubber latex or an aqueous dispersion.
