A production management system includes a plurality of production facilities, a first operation instruction provider, and a management device. The first operation instruction provider gives a first operator an instruction to deliver workpiece into and out of a predetermined one of the production facilities in accordance with a production plan and operating statuses of the production facilities and acquires an operation status of each of the first operators. The management device transmits, to the production facility into which the workpiece has been delivered, process data for activation of the production facility in accordance with the status of delivery of the workpiece into and out of each of the production facilities. The management device stores the process data, operating status information on the production facilities, and operation status information on each of the first operators acquired from the first operation instruction provider, such that these pieces of information are stored in association with each other.

Production management system

A work instruction system for a facility including processing machines is configured to provide work instructions on the processing machines to workers. The work instruction system includes a process plan storage section configured to store a process plan that defines a performing sequence regarding processing performed by the processing machines and work on the processing machines performed by the workers; a next work candidate extraction section configured to extract next work candidates for the workers based on current states of the processing machines and the process plan; a capacity database configured to store work capacity of each worker with regard to each work type; and a next work determination section configured to determine next work for a specified worker from among the next work candidates, based on the work capacity stored in the capacity database.

Work instruction system

An analysis system includes detectors provided in an apparatus, first analysis devices each configured to generate processed data by performing predetermined processing on detection information from each of the detectors, and to evaluate an object to be evaluated based on the detection information from each of the detectors and on an evaluation pattern, and a second analysis device configured to update the evaluation pattern based on the processed data generated by each of the first analysis devices.

Analysis system

A plurality of production facilities and an analysis apparatus are connected through a fog network. The analysis apparatus performs a data analysis based on detection information of detectors acquired through the fog network and stores determination information relating to an abnormality of each of the plurality of production facilities or an abnormality of a production object as a result of the data analysis. Each of the plurality of production facilities determines an abnormality of the each of the plurality of production facilities or an abnormality of the production object based on the determination information stored in the analysis apparatus.

A main spindle device includes: a main spindle; a rod accommodated in the main spindle, the rod being capable of moving to an unclamp position in a direction toward the first end, and when the main spindle is holding a tool, being capable of moving to a clamp position in a direction toward a second end; a biasing unit that biases the rod in the direction toward the second end with respect to the main spindle and that biases the rod to the clamp position when a collet is holding the tool; and a biasing force detector that detects a biasing force of the biasing unit which biases the rod in the direction toward the second end after the rod is moved in the direction toward the first end with respect to the main spindle to the unclamp position by force larger than the biasing force of the biasing unit.
