A rotor includes: a rotor core including a plurality of first holes and a plurality of second holes; and a plurality of first permanent magnets arranged in the plurality of first holes, wherein the first holes and the second holes are provided radially around a rotating shaft, the rotor core in each of the plurality of second holes has a radial length smaller than a radial length of the rotor core in each of the plurality of first holes, each of the plurality of second holes is located closer to an inner side in the radial direction of the rotor core with respect to a first hole adjacent to the second hole in a circumferential direction of the rotor core among the plurality of first holes, and includes a protrusion protruding toward the first hole adjacent to the second hole in the circumferential direction of the rotor core.

Rotor and electric motor

A motor includes a stator and a rotor at a predetermined distance from the stator. The stator includes an annular yoke, a plurality of teeth connected to the inner circumference of the yoke, and a plurality of coils each wound around an associated one of the teeth. Each coil has coil ends at both ends in an axial direction. At least one of the coil ends has, in an end surface thereof in the axial direction, a first recess extending along the radius of the stator. The first recess houses a first wiring member connecting the coils together.

Motor, and coil used for same

A stator includes a yoke, teeth connected to the yoke, and coils including plate-shaped conductive wire and mounted on respective teeth. Each coil includes a wound part, a first and second terminals. The wound part is wound around the tooth n turns (n is an integer equal to or greater than 2). The wound part satisfies a relationship represented by Ak<Bk, where Ak is a height of a first section in an axial direction of the tooth, and Bk is a width of a second section in a circumferential direction of the tooth. The first and second sections are sections in k-th turn (k is an integer that satisfies 1≤k≤n) of the coil. The first section is along an axial end surface of the tooth. The second section extends from an end of the first section along a circumferential end surface of the tooth.

Stator and motor using same

A coil device includes a first coil including a plate-shaped first coil body having a first and second end. The first coil body is spirally wound on a columnar portion along the extending direction of the columnar portion such that the second end is positioned on one side in the extending direction relative to the first end. The coil device further includes a second coil including a plate-shaped second coil body having a third end and a fourth end. The second coil body is spirally wound on the columnar portion along the extending direction such that the third end is positioned on the one side in the extending direction relative to the second end of the first coil, and the fourth end is positioned on the one side in the extending direction relative to the third end. The second coil is in electrically parallel connection with the first coil.

Coil device having a core with plate shaped coil bodies

A coil is a coil of a conductive wire that has a quadrangular cross section, that is spirally wound and laminated to have a series of turns including first to n-th turns (n is an integer of 3 or more), and that is provided, on at least some of the first to n-th turns in the coil, with deformed portions representing recesses each having a shape different from a shape of another portion of the conductive wire. In each of the first and n-th turns respectively lying at both ends of the series of turns, an outer surface lying on a side opposite to a center of the series of turns extends flush along with a plane intersecting the series of turns.

Coil and motor using same

Provided is a stator of a motor which is capable of reducing an iron loss generated in a motor and thereby attaining a high-efficient motor. A stator of a motor comprises a yoke of a tubular shape; and teeth each of which includes an extending portion extending inward in a radial direction of the yoke from the yoke and an increased-width portion formed at a tip end of the extending portion so as to have a greater width than the extending portion in a circumferential direction of the yoke; wherein the extending portion has a narrower portion having a smaller width than a remaining portion of the extending portion.

Stator of motor having tooth portions with different widths

An electric motor according to the present invention includes stator () which has ring-shaped yoke () and a plurality of teeth () disposed at the inner peripheral part of yoke (). Yoke () and teeth () configure slots () in which windings () are wound via electric insulator (). Moreover, the motor includes rotor () that is rotatably held and faces the inner periphery of stator () via a slight gap. The rotor includes rotor iron core () having permanent magnets () that are disposed in the inside or on the surface of the core. Furthermore, a plurality of yoke recesses () is disposed only in the yoke () parts of slots ().

Electric motor and compressor with same

Provided is a stator of a motor which is capable of reducing a loss generated in a motor and thereby attaining a high-efficient motor, and a motor including the stator. A stator of a motor comprises a stator core including a plurality of plate members stacked together; the stator core including: a yoke of a tubular shape; and teeth each of which includes an extending portion extending inward in a radial direction of the yoke from the yoke and an increased-width portion formed at a tip end of the extending portion so as to have a greater width than the extending portion in a circumferential direction of the yoke; wherein the extending portion has a constant-width portion extending radially in a straight-line shape so as to have a constant circumferential width, a narrower portion having a smaller circumferential width than the constant-width portion, and a clamp portion for securing the plurality of plate members to each other; and wherein the clamp portion is provided in the constant-width portion.

A stator of a motor comprises a stator core including a plurality of plate members stacked together; the stator core including: a yoke of a tubular shape; and teeth each of which includes an extending portion extending inward in a radial direction of the yoke from the yoke and an increased-width portion formed at a tip end of the extending portion so as to have a greater width than the extending portion in a circumferential direction of the yoke; wherein the extending portion has a constant-width portion extending radially in a straight-line shape so as to have a constant circumferential width, a narrower portion having a circumferential width smaller than a circumferential width of the constant-width portion, and a clamp portion for securing the plurality of plate members to each other; and wherein at least a portion of the clamp portion is located in the narrower portion.
