A hydrocarbon generation system includes a first generation apparatus configured to generate a hydrocarbon with two or more carbon atoms from a first raw material containing: at least one of carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide; and hydrogen. The hydrocarbon generation system includes a second generation apparatus configured to generate methane from a second raw material including: hydrogen; and at least one of carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide contained in the first raw material and discharged from the first generation apparatus.

Hydrocarbon generation system and hydrocarbon generation method

A heating furnace includes a target space () in which a burning target is disposed, and a furnace main body () that surrounds the target space. The heating furnace includes one or more closed gas heaters having an introduction hole configured to introduce a fuel gas into the main body, a combustion chamber in which the introduced fuel gas is combusted, a discharge section to which an exhaust gas generated by combustion is guided, a radiation surface heated by the exhaust gas flowing through the discharge section or combustion in the combustion chamber and configured to transfer radiant heat to the burning target, and an exhaust hole configured to exhaust the exhaust gas that heats the radiation surface to the outside of the main body, and disposed in the furnace main body, and an exhaust heat transfer section (an insulated pipe ()) in communication with the exhaust hole of the closed gas heater and to which the exhaust gas is guided. In addition, the exhaust heat transfer section is installed at any portion in the furnace main body except for a radiation space () formed between the closed gas heater and the burning target disposed in the target space and configured to transfer the radiant heat to the burning target.

Heating furnace and continuous heating furnace

A continuous heating furnace () includes a conveyance body () stretched in an endless shape and configured to convey a burning target, a furnace main body () partially or entirely surrounding the conveyance body to form a burning space, and a roller () configured to support a portion of the conveyance body in the furnace main body. The continuous heating furnace () further includes one or more closed gas heaters having an introduction hole configured to introduce a fuel gas into a heater main body, a combustion chamber in which the fuel gas is combusted, a discharge section to which an exhaust gas is guided, a radiation surface heated by the exhaust gas flowing through the discharge section or combustion in the combustion chamber and configured to transfer radiant heat to a burning target, and an exhaust hole configured to exhaust the exhaust gas that heats the radiation surface to the outside of the heater main body, and disposed in the furnace main body, and an exhaust pipe () in communication with the exhaust hole of the closed gas heater and through which the exhaust gas is guided. In addition, the exhaust pipe enables heat exchange between the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust pipe and the roller.

Continuous heating furnace

A gasification furnace () of a circulation fluidized bed-type gasification furnace () forms a fluid medium into a fluid bed, and produces gasified gas by gasifying an input gasification raw material using heat from the fluid medium. A combustion furnace () heats the fluid medium output from the gasification furnace. A flow rate adjuster () distributes the fluid medium heated in the combustion furnace to the gasification furnace and a buffer section (). In this manner, irrespective of the flow rate of the fluid medium in the entire circulation fluidized bed-type gasification furnace (), the buffer section () enables the fluid medium to bypass to the combustion furnace. As a result, the flow rate of the fluid medium in the gasification furnace () can be maintained at a desired flow rate.

Circulating fluidized bed-type gasification furnace and fluid medium flow rate control method

A fuel gasification system including a gasification furnace including a fluidized bed formed by fluidizing reactant gas for gasifying fuel charged into gasification gas and flammable solid content, a combustion furnace for combustion of the flammable solid content into which the flammable solid content produced in the furnace is introduced together with bed material and that includes a fluidized bed formed by fluidizing reactant gas, a material separator such as hot cyclone that separates bed material from exhaust gas introduced from the combustion furnace, the separated bed material being fed through a downcomer to the gasification furnace, and a tar decomposing mechanism that heats the gasification gas produced in the furnace to decompose tar contained in the gasification gas.

A fluidized-bed gasification method using fluidized-bed combustion furnace; a separator for separation into bed material and an exhaust gas; a fluidized-bed gasification furnace into which the bed material is introduced through a downcomer and into which raw material is introduced; a circulation passage for circulating char and the bed material to the combustion furnace; a dispersion section; extending along a width of a bed-material-introduction-side wall of the gasification furnace to receive the bed material from the downcomer; a fluidizing-gas introduction system for blowing fluidizing gas into the dispersion section to fluidize the bed material in the dispersion section; and a supply section for supplying the bed material in the dispersion section to the fluidized-bed gasification furnace substantially evenly throughout the width on the bed-material-introduction side, is provided.

Fluidized-bed gasification method and facility therefor

Provided is a combustion heater (), which includes a heating plate (), a layout plate () disposed opposite to the heating plate, an annular outer circumferential wall () interposed between the heating plate and the layout plate, clipping parts () configured to sandwich the heating plate, the layout plate, and the outer circumferential wall so that at least one of the heating plate and the layout plate is allowed to expand in an extending direction thereof, a partition plate () disposed between the heating plate and the layout plate, a combustion chamber () disposed inside the outer circumferential wall along the outer circumferential wall, an inflow passage () configured to flow fuel gas into the combustion chamber using the layout plate and the partition plate as a lateral wall thereof, and an outflow passage () configured to discharge exhaust gas from the combustion chamber to an outside using the heating plate and the partition plate as a lateral wall thereof, and to preheat the fuel gas using heat of the exhaust gas via the partition plate. According to the combustion heater, thermal fatigue caused by repetition of heating and cooling can be suppressed.

Combustion heater

A tar removal device removes tar contained in a gasification gas () generated in a gasification furnace of a two-towered gasifier having a combustion furnace () heating a heating medium (A) and the gasification furnace () introducing the heating medium (A) heated in the combustion furnace to perform gasification of a starting material (). The tar removal device includes a tar separation unit () that introduces the gasification gas from the gasification furnace to fluidize the circulating particles (B) so as to adhere the tar in the gasification gas to the circulating particles, and a tar combustion unit () that introduces the circulating particles to which the tar is adhered at the tar separation unit, fluidizes the circulating particles using air () so as to burn the tar adhered to the circulating particles, supplies the combustion gas () in which the tar is burnt to the combustion furnace as a gas for combustion, and returns the circulating particles from which the tar is burnt and removed to the combustion furnace.

A lateral ductfor interconnecting a riserand a cyclone separatorhas an introduction portionat the connection with the riserwhich has a cross-sectional area equal to that of the riser, and a throttled portionbetween the introduction portionand the cyclone separatorwhich has cross-sectional areas gradually reduced from the introduction portionto the cyclone separatorso as to increase a flow velocity of combustion gas.

Circulating fluidized bed gasification furnace

Inexpensive heating fuel is used to generate heat required for completion of reformation of raw material to be reformed such as hydrocarbon gas, heavy oil or oil refining pitch so that the raw material may be reformed economically and stably. A reformer has a raw material feeder that feeds a predetermined amount of raw material to be reformed to a fluidized-bed reforming furnace; a fuel feeder feeds heating fuel to a fluidized-bed combustion furnace; and a controller regulates the fuel to be fed to the combustion furnace so as to impart heat to the circulating particles in the combustion furnace such that the raw material fed to the reforming furnace can be completely reformed in the reforming furnace.

Circulating fluidized-bed reformer

The invention relates to a solid fuel decoupled fluidized bed gasifying method and a gasifying apparatus. By physically separately performing drying and pyrolyzing of fuel, gasification of char, and tar/hydrocarbon reforming, the interactions between the separated chemical reactions and physical processes during fluidized bed gasification can be utilized. Specifically, in a fluidized bed reactor having two reaction chambers, drying and pyrolyzing of fuel, gasification of char, and tar/hydrocarbon reforming are performed, respectively, the reforming of tar/hydrocarbon is promoted through the catalytic effect of the char, and the evaporated fuel moisture is provided to the char gasification and tar/hydrocarbon reforming as an effective reaction agent. Accordingly, the tar content in product gas can be reduced, the use amount of external steam can be reduced, the overall efficiency of gasification can be improved, and this technique can also be applied to the processing of high water-containing fuel. This gasifying method not only can be applied to individual fluidized bed gasification, but can contribute to the design of a combustor that combusts unreacted char, and to advanced decoupled fluidized bed gasification.

Fuel gasification system

Reforming of a gasification gas is performed by supplying both a tar-containing gasification gas and oxygen to a reforming furnace and burning a part of the gasification gas to heat an inside of the reforming furnace to a target reforming temperature required for reforming. Oxygenand a first stage gasification gasare supplied to a reforming furnace at an end of the furnace in amounts so as to attain the target reforming temperature required for reforming by combustion of the gasification gas with the oxygen to form a heating zone A in the reforming furnace. The remaining gasification gas is supplied as second stage gasification gasto a vicinity downstream of the heating zone A in the reforming furnaceto form a reforming zone B.
