A heat dissipation heat sink having a press-fit hole whose inner peripheral surface is a cast skin surface is included; the heat dissipation heat sink is sandwiched by the press-fit head and the insertion guide by aligning the axis of a rectifying element in an insertion guide with the axis of the press-fit hole and making the press-fit head face the heat dissipation heat sink; a protrusion portion of a load receiving jig is made to face the rectifying element in the insertion guide; and the rectifying element is press-fitted into the press-fit hole of the heat dissipation heat sink by pressing the periphery of the press-fit hole of the heat dissipation heat sink () by the press-fit head and receiving a load applied to the rectifying element by the protrusion portion of the load receiving jig.

An automotive alternator rectifying apparatus includes a circuit board that connects a positive-side rectifying element mounted to the positive-side heatsink and a negative-side rectifying element mounted to the negative-side heatsink to configure a bridge circuit. The circuit board includes a tubular lead guiding portion that includes a lead insertion aperture; and a terminal that is disposed so as to extend outward in an aperture direction of the lead insertion aperture from an exit edge portion of the lead insertion aperture, and to which is connected a lead that is subject to connection that is inserted through an entrance of the lead insertion aperture and that extends outward from an exit, and the lead insertion aperture is formed such that cross-sectional area thereof becomes gradually smaller from the entrance toward the exit.

Automotive alternator rectifying apparatus

Provided is a vehicle AC generator which enables the common use of components and the use of the same molding die for molded bodies to enable a significant reduction in fabrication cost. The vehicle AC generator includes a molded body (). On one surface side of the molded body, a capacitor body () including a capacitor element built therein is electrically connected to an insert conductor. On another surface side of the molded body, a resistor () is electrically connected to the insert conductor only when a device main body is provided outside of the AC generator, and the device main body is electrically connected to the insert conductor only when the device main body is provided in the AC generator.

A resin protective cover is prepared so as to have a cup shape that is constituted by a floor portion and a tubular peripheral wall portion, and that can be mounted to a rear bracket so as to cover a rectifying apparatus and a voltage regulator that are disposed axially outside the rear bracket. A control apparatus for a three-phase brushless motor, in which a control circuit includes time interval calculation means (in FIG.). The time interval calculation means () is endowed with at least one time interval calculation mode. In the time interval calculation mode, pluralities of time intervals which correspond to an addition section obtained by adding up two or more Q continuous sections are calculated on the basis of two position detection signals which lie at both the ends of the addition section, among position detection signals successively generated. The control circuit determines pluralities of energization switching timings on the basis of the pluralities of time intervals. The control apparatus for the three-phase brushless motor can decrease the deviations of the energization switching timings attributed to the errors of the mounting positions of position sensors or to the errors of the magnetized positions of a rotor, without requiring any complicated adjustment.

A vehicular alternator is provided which can suppress the vibration of a circuit board. The vehicular alternator has a rectifier that includes a plurality of diodes forming a full-wave rectifier circuit, a pair of negative and positive terminal side heat sinks that hold the diodes, and a circuit board connecting the diodes and a stator coil to one another, wherein the negative and positive terminal side heat sinks and the circuit board are mounted on a casing at a plurality of mounting portions, which are superposed with one another in an axial direction of a shaft, by using mounting members. Between adjacent ones of the mounting portions, there are formed abutment portions in which the circuit board is superposed on and placed in abutment with the negative terminal side heat sink or the positive terminal side heat sink, and the abutment portions are fixed to each other by rivets.
