Provided is a deep temperature measuring device and a deep temperature measuring method capable of measuring a deep temperature of a measured object with high precision, high accuracy, and high-speed responsiveness. The above-described problem is solved by a deep temperature measuring device comprising a thermosensitive part (Ts) that senses temperature, a measurement thin film thermistor capable of measuring temperature by the thermosensitive part (Ts) being brought into contact with a measured object, a heating element layer that heats the measurement thin film thermistor, a control thin film thermistor disposed sandwiching a first heat-insulating layer with the measurement thin film thermistor and the control thin film thermistor and configured to control a temperature of the heating element layer so that the temperature is equal to a temperature of the measurement thin film thermistor, and a second heat-insulating layer that covers the heating element layer.

Provided are a gas sensor, a gas detection device, a gas detection method and a device provided with the gas detection device, capable of improving gas detection performance. The gas detection device is provided with a gas sensor comprising a thermosensitive resistance element and a porous gas molecule adsorptive material thermally bonded to the thermosensitive resistance element that releases specified gas molecules due to heating and cooling, and a power supply control unit that heats and cools the thermosensitive resistance element by controlling the supply of power thereto. The gas detection method comprises a heating step for putting the porous gas molecule adsorptive material in a heated state and a detecting step for detecting a specific gas due to the temperature change in the thermosensitive resistance element by heating.

A non-contact temperature sensor includes a holder serving as a light conducting portion for guiding infrared rays incident from a first opening at its one end; a plastic film arranged at a second opening of the other end of tile light conducting portion; a cover for sealing the second opening at the other end of the holder so as to provide a space between itself and the plastic film, an infrared ray detection heat-sensitive element arranged on the side of the space of the plastic film, for detecting the infrared rays incident from the first opening; and a temperature compensating heat-sensitive means arranged in the vicinity of the holder, for detecting the temperature of the holder. A frost detecting device for detecting adhesion of the frost, a slit-like opening is formed on the inside of a container with a hollow portion, a thermally sensitive element such as a thermistor is arranged on the inside of the hollow portion, leads of the thermally sensitive element are mounting to exterior through a penetrating hole provided for a metallic plate, the leads are fixed to the metallic plate, the slit-like opening is blocked by adhesion of the frost. An inside of the container is interrupted from ambient atmosphere, a temperature on the inside of the container drops, a quantity of adhesion of the frost can be detected by detecting difference in temperature between non frost state and adhesion of the frost state. Further two containers are provided. The respective thermally sensitive elements are arranged at each of two containers one of which is provided with openings, the other of which is provided with a thermally sensitive element for compensating temperature in such a manner that the thermally sensitive element is hermetically fixed. Accordingly, it's possible to heighten detecting accuracy of adhesion of the frost.
