A rotating body is shorter in radial direction than in axial direction. The inner circumferential surfaces of a first bearing and a second bearing are fixed at an outer circumferential surface of the shaft member. In the axial direction, the outer diameter of the shaft member is substantially the same from a part, of the shaft member, opposing the first bearing to a part, of the shaft member, opposing the second bearing, and the inner and outer diameters of the rotating body are substantially the same from an end part, of the rotating body, on the first bearing side to an end part, of the rotating body, on the second bearing side. In the axial direction, one of stators is disposed at a central part (C) of the shaft member, one of magnets is disposed at a central part (C) of the rotating body.

Rotating device

Provided is a rotating device having excellent performance of cooling a heat generation source. Included are a shaft member, a rotating body having a tubular shape and rotatable about the shaft member, a bearing supporting the rotating body with respect to the shaft member, and a coupling member disposed between the bearing and the rotating body in a radial direction (cd). The coupling member includes a ventilation channel communicating with an inside and an outside of the rotating body.

An electronic component is arranged at the circuit board.

Outer rotor type brushless motor

An outer rotor type brushless motor of the present invention comprises: a rotor portion having a rotor frame, a shaft, and a rotor magnet; a bearing housing; a stator portion facing the rotor magnet and having a stator core, a plurality of first salient pole portions extending toward the rotor magnet from the stator core, an insulation surrounding the first salient pole portion, and a winding around the first salient pole portion through the insulation; and a torque holding portion provided on an inner side of the outer circumference portion of the rotor frame and an outer circumference of the bearing housing, and having a plurality of second salient pole portions disposed coaxially with the stator core and extending toward the rotor magnet, where the first salient pole portions and the second salient pole portions are provided in different numbers.

Brushless motor

A disk rotating motor is provided with: a stator including a stator core and a bracket for fixing the stator core; a rotor that can be rotated with respect to the stator and includes a rotary shaft; and a bearing that rotatably supports the rotary shaft on the outer diameter side of the rotary shaft, the bearing being supported by the bracket. The bracket includes a cylindrical portion extending along the rotary shaft, and a folded portion formed by folding the upper end of the cylindrical portion onto the outer diameter side such that at least a coaxial part of the folded portion extends coaxially along an outer surface of the cylindrical portion. The cylindrical portion and the folded portion are sandwiched by the stator core and the bearing in a radial direction.

A disk-rotating motor includes a rotor section including a rotor magnet attached to a rotor frame and a shaft fixed to a center of the rotor frame, and a stator section including a shaft-bearing which bears the shaft, wherein the stator section includes the shaft-bearing, a shaft-bearing housing which holds the shaft-bearing, a thrust plate which bears the shaft in an axis direction, a stator core which is arranged to face the rotor magnet and provided with wire-winding, a core holder which holds the stator core, and a bracket which holds the shaft-bearing housing. The bracket has a projecting part which fixes the shaft-bearing at a central part thereof, an inner diameter part of the shaft-bearing is press-fitted to be tightened to the projecting part, and an outer diameter part of the shaft-bearing housing is adhered to be tightened to an inner diameter part of the core holder.

Disk-rotating motor and disk-driving device

A ring-shaped back yoke and a ring-shaped magnet are provided on a bottom surface of a ring-shaped opening part formed at a central portion of an alignment ring of a turntable part. The back yoke is provided with a protruding pawl which protrudes in a direction perpendicular to a plane of the back yoke, and the alignment ring is provided with a through hole into which the protruding pawl is inserted when mounting the back yoke to the alignment ring. The protruding pawl of the back yoke and an upper surface of a rotor frame are fixed together using an adhesive.

Disk drive motor

There is provided a disk clamping mechanism that supports a disk on a turntable unit under pressure by an attractive force produced between a clamping magnet and a damper constituted in a rotor unit, wherein the clamping magnet is directly fixed at the upper surface of a rotor frame including the turntable unit, and further, the upper surface of the clamping magnet is covered with a centering member for centering the disk.

A disk rotating motor is provided with: a stator including a stator core and a bracket for fixing the stator core; a rotor that can be rotated with respect to the stator and includes a shaft; and a bearing that rotatably supports the rotary shaft on the outer diameter side of the rotary shaft. The bracket includes a cylindrical portion extending along the shaft and a folded portion formed by folding the upper end of the cylindrical portion onto the outer diameter side. The bearing is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion whereas the stator core is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the folded portion.

In a separation preventing mechanism used in a brushless motor, an insertion section is formed into a separation preventing member () using resin, which has a form difficult to shape with a metal pressed part, and to which a latching member () can be inserted by combining rotation and shaft-direction insertion, making it easy to disassemble it after assembly and size adjustment.

Brushless motor with bearing and bearing housing

The disc-driving unit is formed of a rotor having a turntable on which a disc is mounted, a stator having a bearing housing, and a drop-guard mechanism for protecting the rotor from coming out of the stator. On the turntable, a plurality of engaging sections are integrally formed, while on the bearing housing, an engaged section is integrally formed. The engaged section has a plurality of recesses each of which has an opening width wide enough for passing through each of the engaging sections and a plurality of guides for helically guiding the engaging sections into the recesses. A helical engagement of the engaging sections and the engaged section completes the drop-guard mechanism.

Disc driving unit and disc equipment using the same

A motor which includes a core having two or more coiled teeth; a base to which the core is secured; and a terminal assembly secured to the base. The terminal assembly has lands for attaching coil ends, and is secured to the base by welding. This terminal assembly is configured by assembling at least next three components: an upper terminal holder which is an insulator; a terminal which is a conductor; and a lower terminal holder which is an insulator. This structure facilitates the assembly and improves reliability
