A voice processing system includes a voice acquisition unit that acquires an utterance of a user, a voice recognition unit that recognizes contents of the utterance acquired by the voice acquisition unit, an execution unit that executes processing based on a result of the voice recognition unit, and a determination unit that determines a candidate of a word to substitute a certain word. When the voice recognition unit recognizes a request including a first word, the execution unit executes the request including the first word and provides the user with a processing result. The determination unit determines a second word that is a substitute candidate of the first word. The execution unit also executes a request including the second word instead of the first word and stores a processing result in a storage unit.

The disclosure includes a system and method for determining a current location of a user at a current time. The method may include determining journey data associated with one or more of the user, the current location, and the current time, where journey data describes one or more historical journeys of the user. The method may include determining, based on the journey data, an estimated time of arrival (ETA) describing an arrival estimate of when the user and a vehicle will arrive at an endpoint of a journey; and transmitting the ETA to a network.

An operation determination processing section of a center extracts words included in the utterance of a driver and an operator, reads an attribute associated with each word from a synonym and related word in which an attribute is stored so as to be associated with each word, reads a domain of a candidate or the like for the task associated with the attribute from the synonym and related word in which domains of a candidate for a task associated with the read attribute or domains of a task to be actually performed are stored, totals the domains read for each word for words included in the utterance of the driver or the like, and estimates those related to a domain with a highest total score as the candidate for the task and the task to be actually performed. In this manner, it is possible to estimate the task with high accuracy.

An inattentive state determination device includes an observed amount acquiring means for acquiring information on the driver's line of sight and at least one of either information on driving operations or information on the traveling state as an observed amount; and an inattentive state determining means for determining the inattentive state of the driver based on the stochastic relationship between the inattentive state and the observed amount as well as the observed amount acquired by using the observed amount acquiring means. In addition, the inattentive state determining means calculates the probability that the driver is driving inattentively and determines that the driver is driving inattentively when the calculated probability exceeds a threshold.

A route searching apparatus includes a travel route accumulation unit, an algorithm selection unit to select route searching algorithms to meet the preference of a user based on the accumulated travel routes, and a route searching unit to perform a route search up to a destination by using the selected algorithms. Preferably, the algorithm searching unit searches for each of the travel routes accumulated in the accumulation unit by means of several algorithms, calculates, for each algorithm, a match rate between the searched route and the actual travel route, and selects an algorithm of the highest match rate. Also, it is preferable that a condition common to roads avoided by the user is extracted from the accumulated travel routes, and a route search is performed by adjusting search costs so as to make such roads less prone to be selected.

The controlling portion controls the vehicle apparatus in accordance with the behavioral pattern information stored in the memory portion and the positional relationship between the current location of the mobile terminal and the current location of the vehicle.
