An axial blower includes: a housing including a wind tunnel; an impeller that is disposed in the wind tunnel and includes a plurality of blades; and a motor that includes a rotation shaft and is secured to the housing, the impeller being secured to the rotation shaft. When an angle between a chord of the blade at a cross-sectional surface of the blade cut by a virtual cylindrical surface centering the rotation shaft, and a surface perpendicular to the rotation shaft is defined as a mounting angle, the blade includes an intermediate part between an inside diameter side part and an outside diameter side part of the blade, and this intermediate part has a mounting angle equal to or larger than a mounting angle of the inside diameter side part, and larger than a mounting angle of the outside diameter side part.

Axial blower and series-type axial blower

A motor controller according to the invention includes a driving IC and a magnetic sensor. The driving IC receives a driving signal for driving a motor and controls the rotation speed of the motor using the driving signal. The magnetic sensor detects the rotation speed of the motor. The driving IC includes a sensor signal output terminal and a driving signal input terminal. The sensor signal output terminal outputs a sensor signal generated by the driving IC based on a pulse signal from the magnetic sensor. The driving signal input terminal receives the driving signal. The sensor signal output terminal and the driving signal input terminal are connected by a connecting portion. The driving IC rotates the motor at a first rotation speed different from the rotation speed of the motor driven according to the driving signal using the sensor signal input to the driving signal input terminal.

Motor controller

An axial flow fan includes a first lead wire engaging portion configured to be engaged with a plurality of lead wires such that the lead wires are pulled out therefrom into an outer space defined between a first flange and a second flange of a fan housing, a second lead wire engaging portion configured to be engaged with the plurality of lead wires such that the lead wires are pulled out toward the other side in the axial direction where the second flange is positioned, and a third lead wire engaging portion configured to be engaged with the plurality of lead wires such that the lead wires are pulled out in the axial direction toward one side where the first flange is positioned. The third lead wire engaging portion is formed in the first flange at a given distance from the first lead wire engaging portion.

A camera includes: an image-capturing unit that captures an image of a subject to acquire image data; an image storing unit that stores a plurality of image data acquired by the image-capturing unit in a storage medium; an image specifying unit that specifies image data designated by a user from among the plurality of image data stored in the storage medium; and a transmission controlling unit that when transmitting the plurality of image data to an external device using a wireless communication device, identifies specified image data specified by the image specifying unit and non-specified image data that are not specified by the image specifying unit from each other and transmits the specified image data to the external device in priority to the non-specified image data.

Four tapered portions are formed on an end portion of an inner wall surface of an air channel at four locations corresponding to four corners of the profile of a surface of a housing where a suction port is formed. The four tapered portions are each inclined outwardly in a radial direction of a rotary shaft from a discharge port side toward the suction port side and extending in a rotational direction of an impeller. The tapered portions each include a main portion which is shaped such that an angle formed between the main portion and an axis of the rotary shaft gradually becomes smaller from one end of the main portion located rearward as viewed in the rotational direction of the impeller toward the other end of the main portion located forward as viewed in the rotational direction of the impeller.

An electronic camera includes a wireless communication means for connecting to a wireless network; a transfer control means for transferring a captured image to a server through the wireless network connected by the wireless communication means; a power supply judgment means for judging whether or not power supply from outside has started; and a power source switching means for switching a power source of the electronic camera to ON or OFF. When the power source of the electronic camera has been switched to OFF by the power source switching means and if it has been judged by the power supply judgment means that supply of the power has started, the transfer control means transfers the captured image to the server, and when the power source of the electronic camera has been switched to ON by the power source switching means and if it has been judged by the power supply judgment means that supply of the power has started, the transfer control means prohibits transfer of the captured image to the server.

Housing for a fan motor

A semiconductor device has a transparent dielectric substrate such as a sapphire substrate. To enable fabrication equipment to detect the presence of the substrate optically, the back surface of the substrate is coated with a triple-layer light-reflecting film, preferably a film in which a silicon oxide or silicon nitride layer is sandwiched between polycrystalline silicon layers. This structure provides high reflectance with a combined film thickness of less than half a micrometer.

Fabrication method for device structure having transparent dielectric substrate

A scroll compressor is provided which has favorable assembling property, does not require a thrust bearing, has a bearing structure for bearing a compression section at both sides thereof and has a simple structure of a scroll. The scroll compressor includes a compression section constituted of an orbiting scroll which is provided in a closed container, and in which volutes are substantially symmetrically formed on both surfaces of an orbiting base plate, and a main shaft is penetrated through and fixed to a center portion thereof, and a pair of fixed scrolls and that have the main shaft penetrated through and are placed on both the surfaces of the orbiting scroll, and have volutes which correspond to the respective volutes to respectively form compression chambers, and a motor which is provided in the closed container and drives the main shaft, a suction pipe which is provided in the closed container, and after a suction gas is introduced into the closed container and cools the motor, causes the gas to be sucked into the compression section, and a discharge pipe which is provided in the closed container and discharges the suction gas compressed by the compression section.

Scroll compressor

A scroll compressor includes a compression section having an orbiting scroll with volutes that are substantially symmetrically formed on both surfaces of an orbiting base plate. A main shaft penetrates through and is fixed to a center portion of the base plate. A pair of fixed scrolls is placed on both surfaces of the orbiting scroll, and has volutes which correspond to the respective volutes of the orbiting scroll to form compression chambers. The main shaft has a notch part which is formed at a portion penetrating through the orbiting scroll and fixed scrolls. A slider is provided which has an eccentric hole including a flat slide surface corresponding to the notch part. The slider is fitted to the main shaft where the notch part is formed. The slider is made slidable in a direction orthogonal to a length direction of the main shaft by the flat slide surface.

Dielectric substrate with reflecting films

A scroll compressor that has reduced leakage loss and high efficiency includes an orbiting scroll that has spiral teeth on two surfaces, and a fixed scrolls that face the surfaces of the orbiting scroll and that have spiral teeth that intermesh with the spiral of the orbiting scroll. Tip seals are mounted only to a spiral tooth of one of the fixed scrolls that intermeshes with a spiral tooth of the orbiting scroll and a spiral tooth of the orbiting scroll.

Laser is applied onto part on an SOS substrate using a sapphire layer to form an identifying mark. The sapphire layer on the surface of the SOS substrate, which has been exposed upon laser application, is covered with an insulating film formed by heat treatment at 700&#xb0; C. or less, and thereafter a device is formed using heat treatment at a temperature higher than 700&#xb0; C.
