An LED illumination apparatus includes a plurality of the LEDs mounted on an LED substrate, a plurality of housings disposed on the LED substrate and each having a projection to be fitted with a corresponding one of a plurality of positioning holes formed in the substrate, a plurality of lenses fixed to the housings, and a cover disposed over the lenses and the housings. Each one of the housings includes connection parts configured to be positioned through fitting between the positioning holes and the projections of an adjacent housing to connect them between the positioning holes and the projections of an adjacent housing connect them together; interconnected housings held in position by the cover.

The disclosed subject matter provides a reflecting cover above and between a light-emitting chip and a projection lens. The diffused light from the light-emitting chip is led toward the projection lens via the reflecting cover such that it transmits through the projection lens at a certain angle. This makes it possible to increase the amount of controllable light, and to improve the amount of light beams radiated from the lamp, thereby realizing a brighter lamp and an improved light distribution shape.

A lighting lampusing LED lamps as a light source can include a delay circuit, a power supply control unit, and a timer circuit. The delay circuitcan be configured to cause the luminous intensity of the LED lamps to rise along a predetermined slope upon turning on the lighting lamp. The power supply control unit and the timer circuit can be configured to cause the luminous intensity of the LED lamps to fall along a predetermined slope which has an inflection point P at a predetermined time point along the slope.

A vehicle lamp can include LEDs configured to be a light source of the lamp, where the LEDs can be controlled to be turned on in part or in whole for a predetermined period and in a configuration that is different from the originally intended display purpose configuration of the lamp. The configuration can be controlled to be different when the vehicle is stopped and when a driver (or other person) initiates a predetermined operation on the vehicle. Contents such as color and pattern that are displayed by the LEDs on this occasion can be different from the contents associated with the original display purpose configuration of the vehicle lamp, resulting in an additional new display function, and new design.

Foot light

A lighting device can include a light source in line and a reflector behind the light source. In front of the light source, a transparent inner lens and a transparent outer lens can be provided with a gap formed therebetween. The shape of the lens can be defined by bending a plate member so as to have a projection portion that surrounds or opens towards the light source. The inner lens and the outer lens can each have a flat part at a position opposite the light source and in the illumination direction. When observed from different positions, the light source can appear as if it is displaced or deformed.

Lighting device

A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate, first and second CMOS inverter circuits formed on the semiconductor substrate and constituting an SRAM memory cell, each inverter circuit having input and output terminals, and first and second resistance elements formed in the semiconductor substrate and having respective one ends connected to a gate electrode pattern serving as input terminals of the first and second CMOS inverter circuits and the respective other ends connected to electrodes serving as output terminals of the first and second CMOS inverter circuits. The gate electrode pattern includes an underside on which a gate insulation film is formed, the gate insulation film being located between the semiconductor substrate and the gate electrode pattern and having an opening. The first and second resistance elements include respective portions adjacent to the gate electrode pattern, at which portions the first and second resistance elements are electrically connected via the opening to the gate electrode pattern located over the opening.

Semiconductor device and method of fabricating the same

A light access can be integrally formed with a light guide on at least one end of the light guide. A printed circuit board with an LED lamp mounted thereon can be press-fitted in the light access for transient arrangement, and can be fixed by a cover. The position of the printed circuit board can be determined in relation to the light guide. For example, engagement hooks of the light access can be fitted with recesses in the printed circuit board for positioning the circuit board in a plane normal to the longitudinal direction of the light guide. Similarly, positioning ribs of the light guide can be employed for positioning in the longitudinal direction of the light guide. The light guide can be formed in an almost rod shape having four sides in section normal to the longitudinal direction of the light guide. A light guide lens can be formed in one surface and a diffuser cut can be formed in the opposite surface of the light guide.

A semiconductor memory device includes a cell array having matrix-like arrayed plural SRAMs on a semiconductor substrate having an N-well and P-well. The N-well and the P-well are isolated from each other with an isolation region each having a shallow trench structure. Each memory cell includes two CMOS inverter circuits having input and output nodes making a cross-coupled connection. First and second capacitors are connected between each gate node of two CMOS inverter circuits and the N-well and/or N-well.

LED lighting equipment for vehicle

A double-stacked type lamp unit for a vehicle comprising an LED lamp unit using an LED lamp as the light source and having a reflecting surface for the LED, and an incandescent lamp unit using an incandescent lamp as the light source and having a reflecting surface for the incandescent lamp, is configured so that the reflecting surface for the LED is formed partially optically transparent, and the incandescent lamp and the reflecting surface for the incandescent lamp are arranged on a back surface of this reflecting surface for the LED. The LED lamp unit and the incandescent lamp unit are therefore coupled to each other in a manner that the reflecting surfaces are stacked, whereby the combination of the lamp units may display as a different lamp color.
