A floor tunnel protruding upwardly and extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction at a central position, in a vehicle width direction, of a floor panel, a cross member having ridgelines extending in the vehicle width direction at a rear end of the floor tunnel and a closed-cross section portion interconnecting a pair of right-and-left side sills, and a pair of right-and-left battery units positioned below the floor panel and between the side sills and provided on right-and-left sides, in the vehicle width direction, of the floor tunnel are provided. The cross member is provided with a reinforcement portion to reinforce the ridgelines in a range, in the vehicle width direction, which includes at least the position of the battery units and excludes the central position, in the vehicle width direction, of the floor panel.

Lower vehicle-body structure of vehicle

There are provided a pair of side sills, a floor panel, a pair of floor frames, a battery unit provided between the pair of floor frames, a first cross member interconnecting the pair of side sills, and a seat bracket. The seat bracket comprises a protrusion portion which partially covers an upper wall portion of the first side portion and is upwardly spaced apart from the upper wall portion of the first cross member, and the bead portions and the opening portion (low-rigidity portion) are formed at a part of the upper wall portion of the first cross member which is located at a position corresponding to the protrusion portion.

A side body vehicle structure is disclosed that has a pair of left and right side sills and opposite swing type side doors. The side sills may have an upper flange portion facing the rear door in the vehicle width direction which functions as a rear door facing part, and the upper flange portion of a more forward part of the vehicle than the rear door facing part may function as a front door facing part. The rear door facing part may be formed in a shape having a length in the vehicle vertical direction longer than a length in a vehicle vertical direction of the front door facing part. In a vertical cross section along the vehicle width direction, a gusset member may form a closed cross section with the side sill inner member, and an upper end thereof may be joined to the rear door facing part.

Side body vehicle structure

In a vehicle-body structure in which a roof side rail portion of a side face portion of a vehicle body and a roof reinforcement are connected via a gusset so as to suppress that a center pillar portion comes into a cabin side when a large load is inputted from a vehicle side, a notch portion is provided at the gusset. Thereby, it is suppressed that, when the large load is inputted to the center pillar portion from the vehicle side, the gusset is so bending-deformed by a rotation of the roof side rail portion that a rotational moment caused by the rotation of the roof side rail portion acts on the roof reinforcement, suppressing that the center pillar portion comes into the cabin side.
