A musical score processing method that is realized by a computer includes receiving a control data related to displaying of a musical piece from a music processor that executes a process related to the musical piece and that is realized by a music processing program, using inter-application communication, based on a musical score processing program, and executing a display control process by displaying a musical score of the musical piece on a display device and controlling the displaying in accordance with the control data that has been received, based on the musical score processing program. The music processing program is separate from the musical score processing program.

Provided are a display device and a program which allow a user to intuitively recognize a connection and a breathing timing between respective notes. A CPU () generates a guide image, based on information about a sound-producing timing and a sound length of each note, which are included in a guide melody track. The CPU () smoothly connects respective notes. Thereafter, the CPU () disconnects the notes at the breathing timing indicated in a breath position track.

A recording/reproducing apparatus includes a plurality of unidirectional microphones and a plurality of direction indicator switches. The unidirectional microphones are each disposed in the periphery with a predetermined angle interval therebetween, whereas the direction indicator switches are able to indicate other directions other than a plurality of directions corresponding to the unidirectional microphones. In a normal reproducing mode, a plurality of audio signals which are picked up by the unidirectional microphones and subsequently recorded is read and reproduced in parallel. When any one of the direction indicator switches is operated, only the audio signal emitted in the designated direction is selectively read and reproduced. When another direction other than a plurality of directions corresponding to the unidirectional microphones is designated, audio signals picked up by two unidirectional microphones which are disposed to sandwich the designated direction is selectively read and reproduced.

Recording/reproducing apparatus

An image processing apparatus which processes input image signals in real time. A plurality of image signals are input via input terminals. An external storage device stores a plurality of kinds of procedures for processing to be performed on image signals. A JOG dial specifies at least two kinds of procedures among the stored plurality of kinds of procedures, and enables the specified procedures and a procedure between the specified procedures to be arbitrarily changed and specified. When the procedure between the specified procedures is specified using the JOG dial, a CPU generates the specified procedure by interpolating the specified procedures, and carries out real-time processing on image signals for corresponding channels among the image signals for the plurality of channels according to the generated specified procedure.

A parameter value collectively specifying portionspecifies in accordance with the order stored in an arpeggiator pattern memory, sets of scene data which collectively specify values of a plurality of parameters stored in a scene data memory. A changing process portionchanges in a given length of time, the values of video processing parameters from the values currently set on the video signal processing apparatusto the parameter values collectively specified as a set of scene data. The changing process is started at a timing corresponding to a change time and completed at a subsequent switch timing. As a result, the video processing apparatus allows for collective specification of parameters with simple operations and smooth switching between video images at the changing of parameter values.
