There is provided a rotary compressor capable of preventing deterioration of performance following plug fixing carried out to prevent falling-off of a spring member. The rotary compressor comprises a cylinder constituting a rotary compression element, a roller engaged with an eccentric portion formed in a rotary shaft of an electric element, and eccentrically rotated in the cylinder, a vane abutted on the roller to divide an inside of the cylinder into a low pressure chamber side and a high pressure chamber side, a spring member for always pressing the vane to the roller side, a housing portion of the spring member, formed in the cylinder, and opened to the vane side and a hermetically sealed container side, a plug positioned in the hermetically sealed container side of the spring member, and inserted into the housing portion to fit into a gap, and an O ring attached around the plug to seal a part between the plug and the housing portion. In this case, a space between the cylinder and the hermetically sealed container is set smaller than a distance from the O ring to an end of the plug on the hermetically sealed container side.

Compressor

A compressor capable of surely preventing leakage of a refrigerant gas from a connection portion between an airtight container and a pipe to the outside at low cost is provided. The compressor comprises an airtight container to which a refrigerant introduction pipe is connected, and a compression element received in the airtight container to discharge the refrigerant into the same. The refrigerant introduction pipe has a cylindrical pipe main body, and a jaw-like flange portion formed in a tip of the pipe main body. A cylindrical connection sleeve is disposed between the refrigerant introduction pipe and the airtight container. A first bolt is disposed to connect the connection sleeve to the airtight container, and a second bolt is disposed to connect the connection sleeve to the flange portion of the refrigerant introduction pipe. The flange portion of the refrigerant introduction pipe hides the first bolt.

An object is to improve performance and efficiency of an air conditioning device constituted of a waste heat utilization circuit in which waste heat of a heat source is utilized in heating a room to be conditioned in a heat exchanger for heating; a refrigerant circuit in which carbon dioxide is used as a refrigerant and which has a supercritical pressure on a high pressure side; and a cascade heat exchanger which performs heat exchange between a fluid flowing from the heat source to the heat exchanger for heating in the waste heat utilization circuit and the refrigerant of the refrigerant circuit, the refrigerant discharged from a compressor is passed through the cascade heat exchanger, the refrigerant discharged from the cascade heat exchanger is divided by a flow divider, one divided refrigerant is passed from an auxiliary pressure reduction unit to an internal heat exchanger to perform heat exchange between the refrigerant and the refrigerant discharged from the cascade heat exchanger and then sucked into an intermediate pressure section of the compressor, and the other divided refrigerant is passed from a main pressure reduction unit to a heat absorber and then sucked into a low pressure section of the compressor.

An object is to execute sure oil supplying to a second rotary compression element in a horizontal type compressor equipped with the second rotary compression element in which pressure becomes higher than that in an airtight container. A horizontal type rotary compressor of a multistage compression system comprises a driving element and a compression mechanism section driven by the driving element in a horizontal type airtight container. The compression mechanism section is constituted of first and second rotary compression elements. A refrigerant compressed by the first rotary compression element is discharged into the airtight container, and the discharged refrigerant of intermediate pressure is further compressed by the second rotary compression element to be discharged. A gist is that an oil supply passage is formed in a cylinder of the second rotary compression elementto communicate a low-pressure chamber of the cylinder with a bottom part in the airtight container.

Horizontal type compressor and automobile air conditioner equipped with the same

An object of the present invention is to improve a heat exchanging capability in an evaporator in a refrigerant cycle system in which a high pressure side is operated at a supercritical pressure. The refrigerant cycle system is a refrigerant cycle system in which a compressor, a gas cooler, an expansion valve and an evaporator are sequentially connected in a cyclic form and a high pressure side is operated at a supercritical pressure, wherein the degree of opening of the expansion valve is adjusted based on the temperature and pressure of a refrigerant at an outlet of the evaporator so as to control the degree of superheat at the outlet of the evaporator. An abstract of the present invention is to make large the degree of superheat at the outlet of the evaporator by means of the expansion valve.

An on-vehicle air-conditioner for air-conditioning has a refrigeration circuit provided with a refrigerant car exterior heat exchanger installed for exchanging heat with the car exterior air that can be used for cooling and for heating, and at least one opening and closing duct for air inflow rate regulation installed in front of and/or behind the refrigerant car exterior heat exchanger. By controlling the opening/closing of the duct according to the situation, the arrangement can solve problems of the prior art, and can efficiently and sufficiently perform cooling, heating, defrosting or the like. The arrangement is useful even when using, for example, COas a refrigerant, in vehicles such as hybrid cars using electricity and gasoline as their energy source, idle stop coping cars or the like.

For a purpose of realizing a refrigerant cycle apparatus capable of exactly detecting a pressure reverse phenomenon caused in a compression element of a compressor of a multistage compression type, in the refrigerant cycle apparatus in which the multistage compression type compressor constitutes a refrigerant circuit, including an electromotive element, and first and second compression elements driven by the electromotive element in an airtight container to suck an intermediate-pressure refrigerant gas compressed by the first compression element into the second compression element and to compress and discharge the refrigerant gas, the apparatus comprising: a sensor for detecting a discharge refrigerant pressure of the first compression element; and a control device into which an output of the sensor is input, the control device detects reverse of the discharge refrigerant pressures of the first and second compression elements based on the discharge refrigerant pressure of the first compression element.

The present invention concerns an on-vehicle air-conditioner, resolving problems of the prior art, and allowing to perform cooling, heating, dehumidification or others efficiently even for vehicles of low waste heat, such as hybrid cars taking electricity and gasoline as energy source, idle stop coping cars or battery cars taking only electricity as energy source, or other vehicles, by cooling by loading a refrigeration circuit, using for example COrefrigerant, and provided with an electrically driven two-stage compression system compressor, and at the same time, installing a refrigerant heat exchanger for cooling the refrigerant, compressed in the first stage in a way to exchange heat with the car interior air, and using conveniently also for heating together with the heat of the cooling water for cooling the engine.
