Provided is a waterproof fan which includes: a rotor; a stator including a winding; a circuit board supplying power to the winding; a resin frame including an undersurface located on one side of a rotation axis of a rotor, and a housing space opening on the other side of the rotation axis, to house the circuit board; a waterproofing resin portion covering the stator and closing an opening of the housing space; a bearing rotatably supporting the rotating shaft portion; and a cylindrical metal bearing holder extending along the rotation axis and supporting the bearing, in which the frame includes a tubular holder protection portion extending from the undersurface to the other side of the rotation axis and covering at least a part of an outer peripheral surface of the bearing holder, and the holder protection portion separates the stator from the bearing holder.

Waterproof fan

A waterproof blower includes a casing and at least four drain holes placed along a circumferential direction of the casing in the outer peripheral wall portion, in the first side wall portion, or in the second side wall portion of the casing. The at least four drain holes communicate with the inside and the outside of the casing. The at least four drain holes each have an opening on an inner side of the casing. The openings of adjacent two drain holes of the drain holes as viewed in a direction of a rotation axis of the impeller are placed at positions where a straight line as a chord linking portions, which are located on the outermost peripheral side of the casing, of opening edges at the shortest distance hardly intersects with the impeller.

Waterproof blower fan

A housing of a fan motor according to the invention includes: board members provided at an interval in a rotational axis direction of a fan; a coupling portion which couples the board members to each other; a protrusion portion which is protruded toward a space other than an air course from the coupling portion, the space being between the board members other than the air courses; and a fixing portion which fixes a terminal that is provided in the protrusion portion and is connected to a wiring from a power source that supplies electricity to a motor. Other member, which crosses in an extending direction of the terminal from the protrusion portion to an edge portion of the board member, is not provided.

Housing of fan motor

A bidirectional axial fan device includes: a moving blade member with a plurality of vanes; and a casing that includes a mounting portion, a frame, and a plurality of spokes, a motor being mounted to the mounting portion, the frame forming a ventilation hole. The plurality of spokes couple the mounting portion to the frame at an exhaust air side during a normal rotation of the motor. An inner peripheral surface of the frame has a multiple stage shape, in which a part on the exhaust air side during the normal rotation has a diameter larger than a diameter of a part on an air intake side during the normal rotation, such that intervals between tops on the exhaust air side during the normal rotation at outer peripheral edges of the plurality of vanes and the inner peripheral surface of the frame are expanded.

A support frame portion is divided into a first support-frame half-portion and a second support-frame half-portion along a virtual reference dividing plane. A raised portion is integrally formed with each of side walls in a pair of the first web half-portion, projecting toward the second web half-portion beyond the virtual reference dividing plane.
