An electric connection terminal can prevent electric ereosion caused in some equipment made of an aluminum material and attached to a car body for electric conduction of the equipment through the terminal such as an earth bracket which connects an earth line to the car body. The terminal comprises a first attaching member (1) made of an aluminum material and having a connecting portion (4) of a car body at the top end and a coupling portion (6A) at the bottom end, a second attaching member (2) made of a brass material and having a connecting portion (5) of an earth line at the top end and a coupling portion (6B) at the bottom end, and a water-proof layer (3) molded by a plastic resin for interconnecting said coupling portions (6A, 6B) of said first and second attaching members (1, 2) by embedding said portions (6A, 6B) in the plastic resin.

If a member made of rubber containing carbon black and a member made of aluminium alloy come into contact with each other under existence of an electrolytic solution, corrosion of the aluminium alloy member would proceed. Such corrosion of the aluminium alloy member can be suppressed by selecting a surface resistivity (surface electric resistivity) of the rubber member at 10.sup.6 .OMEGA. or higher, and more preferably 10.sup.7 .omega. or higher.

A paint film structure formed on an aluminum member or aluminum alloy member has a first paint film layer formed on a surface of the aluminum member or aluminum alloy member and a second paint film layer formed on a surface of the first paint film layer, the first and second paint film layers being chiefly composed of a colloidal silica, an organoalkoxysilane part hydrolysis condensation product, and a polymer or copolymer of an unsaturated ethylenic monomer, polymeric content or copolymeric content of the unsaturated ethylenic monomer in the first paint film layer being less than polymeric content or copolymeric content of the unsaturated ethylenic monomer in the second paint film layer.
