In a container spout portion included in a container body and configured to be sealed as a seal portion comes into contact with an inner circumferential face in association of attachment thereto of a cap having the seal portion therein, an arcuate portion convex inwards is formed between a top face and the inner circumferential face of the container spout portion. A tangential line to the arcuate portion starts from either a joining point between the arcuate portion and the top face or from a crossing point between a virtual extension line of the arcuate portion and the top face or a virtual extension line of the top face. It is aimed to prevent electrical charging inside a resin material as well as a surface of a resin vessel at a time of sterilizing the resin vessel by being irradiated with electron beam. A bottle support unit is mounted to a lower end portion of a cylindrical rotating shaft rotatably supported by a rotating wheel. The bottle support unit includes a pair of griper members by which a mouth portion of a bottle is gripped. An object of the present invention is to provide a labeling apparatus that allows a labeling operation to be carried out continuously for a long period without the need of cleaning, even if the easy-to-peel labels are used. To accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a conveying drum for correcting a position of a label applied with glue, while transferring the label.
