The control apparatus being configured to execute a restriction process that restricts received power by PWM control depending on an amount of the received power. The restriction process comprises calculating an increase gap which is a difference between an initial received power and a local maximum value of the received power with respect to a change in a duty in the PWM control, starting the PWM control when a first value which is a value obtained by adding the increase gap to a current received power exceeds a second value which is a value obtained by subtracting a predetermined margin from an upper limit of the received power, and increasing the duty until the received power becomes lower than the initial received power when starting the PWM control.
