A magnetizing method applies, to a rotor including a plurality of magnetic bodies that are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotor and are to be magnetized, a magnetic field in a radial direction of the rotor to magnetize the magnetic bodies. The magnetizing method includes a step of arranging a magnetizing coil near the outer peripheral portion of the plurality of magnetic bodies and a step of applying a radially outward magnetic field only to one of the magnetic bodies while applying radially inward magnetic fields to the plurality of magnetic bodies.

Magnetizing method and magnetizing apparatus

A magnetizing device includes at least one coil unit that generates a magnetic field. The coil unit includes a support, a coil wound around an outer circumferential surface of the support, and a fiber reinforced resin. The fiber reinforced resin is wound around the coil to prevent deformation of the coil in a direction away from a central axis of the coil.

A magnetizing apparatus includes a holding member including a rotor fixing portion for holding a rotor, a coil member including a support plate that is thin plate-shaped and a coil that is incorporated inside the support plate, and a coil fixing portion that is provided to the holding member and arranges and fixes a plurality of coil members radially with respect to the center of the rotor fixing portion.

Magnetizing apparatus and magnetizing method

There is provided a stator for a rotary electric machine including a stator core including a plurality of teeth arranged along a circumferential direction and a plurality of slots formed between the teeth adjacent to each other, and multi-phase coils in which windings of different phases are respectively wound around the teeth by distributed winding. Each of the slots is provided therein with a plurality of windings forming the coils. The plurality of windings of the different phases are arranged to be overlapped in the circumferential direction in at least a part of the plurality of slots.
