This invention provides a slide deck device, for a vehicle, which prevents a slide deck from rattling with respect to a floor surface of a vehicle even if an upward load is applied to the side deck in a state where the slide deck is completely drawn into the vehicle. The slide deck device is provided with a supporting memberprovided on a floor surfaceand supporting an undersurface of a slide deck, a floor contact-memberprovided on the floor surface, and a slide deck contact-memberprovided on the undersurface of the slide deck. When the slide deck is located at the accommodated position, the slide deck contact-member is in contact with the undersurface of the floor contact-member.

Slide deck device for vehicle

A slide deck device for a vehicle is provided wherein a luggage placement plate can be operated to slide smoothly even if heavy luggage is placed on the front or rear end of the luggage placement plate and also wherein no adverse effect occurs in subsequent sliding operations. The slide deck device includes upper rollerswhich are mounted to the upper railsandto be positioned in front of rearmost lower rollers of the lower rollers, are positioned in the lower rails, are spaced away from ceiling surfacesof the lower rails and the bottom surfacesof the lower rails when in contact with the bottom surfaces, and come in contact with the ceiling surfaces to be rotatable thereon when some of the lower rollers move away from the bottom surfaces and the ceiling surfaces.
