Tape cartridge

A disk cartridge case is disclosed which has improved durability and which enables hanging for display or storage purposes. The disk cartridge case includes a case body and a cover for covering a cartridge inserting port provided on the case body. The cover has a cover back member superposed on a case body back member of the case body, a cover front member, a front forming plate, a closing member and a bottom member. The cover back member has a non-adhesion portion located on a side of the closing member and being capable of contacting and separating from the case body back member and an adhesion portion located at an opposite-side of the closing member and being adhered to the case body back member. Furthermore, the cover front member includes an insertion tab having a locking tab. The insertion tab and locking tab are received by a slot formed in the front forming plate. Then, by hooking the locking tab on edge of the slot, the cover front member is secured to the front forming plate.

Disk cartridge case

A heating device used for production of a disc shutter made of synthetic resin and shaped into a U-form in section, arranged to heat a pair of corner portions of the shutter to extinguish residual stresses that exist in the corner portions that are formed where a connecting portion of the shutter connects a pair of shutter plates. The heating device comprises a movable support for fixedly supporting the free ends of the pair of shutter plates, a fixed heater which heats the corner portions of the shutter at a predetermined temperature, a pair of heating surfaces connected to form an acute angle, a temperature setting device, and a heating duration setting device.

A storage case for disc-shaped recording media contained within respective substantially flat rectangular housings is constituted by a one-piece molded plastic member including a central spine having opposed side edges joined by flexible hinges with respective rectangular covers which are swingable between closed positions, in which the covers extend substantially parallel to each other from the spine with their inner surfaces in confronting relation, and opened positions in which the covers are spread angularly apart, elements on the covers for holding respective disc-shaped recording media in their rectangular housings against the inner surfaces of the respective covers, and a holder on the spine extending from the latter between the covers in the closed positions of the latter for embracing and holding at least one additional disc-shaped recording medium at an edge portion of its respective rectangular housing so as to accommodate such at least one additional disc-shaped recording medium in its respective housing between the disc-shaped recording media in their respective housings held against the inner surfaces of the covers.

A disk cartridge which accommodates a disk-like recording medium therein and has head insertion openings, and a shutter which is made of sheet metal, formed substantially into letter U in section, and slidably secured to an outside of the cartridge to open and close the head insertion openings with a pair of covers provided in the shutter, at least one outer surface of the two covers is at least partly covered with a coating (13) to prevent the shutter from being flawed. The coating (13) includes an anti-static material.

An integrated circuit including an NPN transistor and a compound PNP transistor. The PNP transistor is of the form of a conventional vertical NPN transistor, in common base configuration, supplying base current to a lateral PNP transistor. The emitter of the vertical NPN is disposed in the emitter of the lateral PNP; the base and collector of the vertical NPN are the emitter and base regions, respectively, of the lateral PNP. The separate NPN transistor may be of conventional configuration, or may also be compound, with a lateral PNP supplying base current to an inverse vertical NPN. All conductivity types may be reversed from those listed, also.
