[Problem] To provide a reinforcing fiber bundle that can maintain a good opening state of reinforcing fibers and that can produce a fiber-reinforced composite having excellent mechanical strength; a reinforcing fiber woven fabric using the same; a carbon fiber reinforcing composite using the same; and methods for producing the same. [Solution] A reinforcing fiber bundle comprising a plurality of reinforcing fibers is produced, the reinforcing fiber bundle having a cross-linking portion comprising a carbon allotrope between the reinforcing fibers.

Reinforcing fiber bundle, reinforcing fiber-opening woven fabric, fiber reinforced composite, and methods for producing thereof

A feeding device () comprises: a support frame (); an annular-shaped rotary frame (); paired feeding rollers () for nipping a strip-shaped member therebetween; a rotating motor (M) for rotating the rotating frame (); a feeding motor (M) for rotating at least one () of the feeding rollers; and a driving force transmission mechanism () comprising a rotatable member relatively rotatable with respect to the rotating frame (). The rotating frame () is rotated by driving of the rotating motor (M) through a roller or a gear, and the at least one feeding roller () is rotated by the feeding motor (M) through the driving force transmission mechanism (), so that the strip-shaped member () is fed out in the form of a given helical configuration.

Supply device, and method for supplying band-like member

In an embodiment, a long reinforcing material-attached profile strip () in which joint portions are formed at both side edge portions and to which a reinforcing material continuously formed in the longitudinal direction is attached is supplied, and mutually adjacent joint portions are joined to each other, thereby producing a spiral pipe (S). A curl-forming apparatus () includes a sending roller for the reinforcing material-attached profile strip () and a curl guide. Using the curl-forming apparatus (), adjacent parts of the reinforcing material-attached profile strip () are subjected to plastic deformation to form spirals by being provided with arc-like curls having a radius of curvature substantially similar to or not greater than the radius of curvature of the spiral pipe (S). Accordingly, the spiral pipe (S) can be produced while suppressing the action of a restoring force that restores the reinforcing material-attached profile strip () to its original radius of curvature.

Method for producing spiral pipe

A winding machine () according to one embodiment includes a frame () that is installed inside an existing pipe (), a joining mechanism () for joining a plastic strip (), and a wheel () for supporting the joining mechanism () on an inner surface of the existing pipe (). The joining mechanism () includes an inner roller () and an outer roller () that sandwich the plastic strip () from inside and outside. The wheel () includes a rotational shaft at a position different from positions of rotational shafts of the inner roller () and the outer roller (). The outer roller () of the joining mechanism () is maintained in a state of being separated from the inner surface of the existing pipe ().
