The present invention has an object to provide a resist ink adaptable to low temperature baking that has both of an adhesiveness to the metal foil for constituting a circuit and an acidic etching resistance even at a low oven temperature. The present invention can overcome a negative effect of decreased baking temperature, that is, reduced adhesiveness of a printed coat to a substrate metal foil and reduced acidic etching resistance in the step of acidic etching. A resist ink is adaptable to low temperature baking containing a polyester resin, a titanium oxide, and an organic silicon compound as essential components.

In a power converter in which semiconductor modules are arranged on both surfaces of a cooler for downsizing, an excellent connection between control boards and a low inductance connection between smoothing capacitors and the semiconductor modules are performed at the same time. The semiconductor modules are disposed on both surfaces of the cooler, and control boards that control the semiconductor modules are arranged opposite to the respective semiconductor modules. The semiconductor modules and the cooler are held between the control boards. A current detector or a terminal block is disposed at a position perpendicular to a surface on which the cooler and the semiconductor modules contact each other, opposite to the cooler. The respective control boards disposed on both surfaces of the cooler are electrically connected by using wirings provided in the current detector or the terminal block.

Power converter

A scalp washing device includes a base and projections for washing projected from a brush surface of the base. Each of the projections includes a root portion on a side of the base having a circular shape in cross-section, a middle portion including a tip surface having a flattened shape in cross-section, and at least a pair of conical tip projections each having a tip chamfered to have a curved surface and provided on the tip surface. The middle portion has a cross-sectional shape changing from a circular shape to a flattened shape from a side of the root portion to a side of the tip surface.

A substrate holding mechanism, a substrate polishing apparatus and a substrate polishing method have functions capable of minimizing an amount of heat generated during polishing of a substrate to be polished and of effectively cooling a substrate holding part of the substrate holding mechanism, and also capable of effectively preventing a polishing solution and polishing dust from adhering to an outer peripheral portion of the substrate holding part and drying thereon. The substrate holding mechanism has a mounting flange, a support memberand a retainer ring. A substrate to be polished is held on a lower side of the support member surrounded by the retainer ring, and the substrate is pressed against a polishing surface of a polishing table. The mounting flange is provided with a flow passage contiguous with at least the retainer ring. A temperature-controlled gas is supplied through the flow passage to cool the mounting flange, the support member and the retainer ring. The retainer ring is provided with a plurality of through-holes communicating with the flow passage to spray the gas flowing through the flow passage onto the polishing surface of the polishing table.

A hair holder includes a tube formed of a sheet in such a design as to allow a hair bundle to be inserted from a one-end opening at one end of the tube toward an other-end opening at the other end thereof.
