The present invention provides an antenna duplexer comprising a transmitting filter and a receiving filter which are mounted on a package, a transmitting signal input pad and a transmitting signal output pad which are connected to input and output ends of the transmitting filter, a receiving signal input pad and a receiving signal output pad which are connected to input and output ends of the receiving filter, and at least one grounding pad. The pads are arranged, on a surface of the package, along at least two sides of four sides of a quadrangle. The transmitting signal input pad and the receiving signal output pad are disposed at diagonal positions of the quadrangle and are furthest away from one another.

Antenna duplexer

The present invention provides an antenna duplexer comprising a package having a plurality of ceramic layers superposed, and a transmitting filter and a receiving filter which are mounted on a surface of the package. A phase-matching strip line is formed on a surface of one ceramic layer. The package has grounding layers formed respectively on surfaces of upper and lower ceramic layers with the phase-matching strip line interposed therebetween. A plurality of via holes are formed around the phase-matching strip line for connecting the two grounding layers to each other.

A dielectric ceramic composition containing crystalline glass, amorphous glass and a ceramic filler, characterized in that a softening point of said crystalline glass is higher than a softening point of said amorphous glass and is 900&#xb0; C. or lower, and 27% by weight or higher of the crystalline glass and less than 20% by weight of the amorphous glass are contained in the ceramic composition and the total content of the crystalline glass and the amorphous glass is 60% by weight or lower, and 40% by weight or higher of the ceramic filler is contained in the ceramic composition.

Dielectric ceramic composition and laminated ceramic device using the same

A surface acoustic wave device including an electrode formed from an electrode material represented by the composition formula MVwherein M is aluminum or an aluminum-copper alloy, V is vanadium, x+y=100 and 0.10&#x2266;y&#x3c;0.2. The device is excellent in durability against applying electric power and diminished in internal resistance.

Surface acoustic wave device

A magnetoresistive device has an alloy film, including a ferromagnetic substance and a non-magnetic substance which is not soluble in solid phase in the ferromagnetic substance or is in a eutectic relation with the ferromagentic substance. The ferromagnetic substance forms grains in the non-magnetic substance, and the grains preferably have anisotropic shapes. The non-magnetic substance is conducting. The alloy film is composed of a plurality of alloy film stripes. Alternatively the magneto-resistive device includes a non-magnetic layer arranged between first and second magnetic layers, wherein the non-magnetic layer has 10 to 50 weight percent of grains of a magnetic substance dispersed therein.

Magnetoresistive device

A magnetoresistive element includes a substrate, and a plurality of fine line structures, which are provided on the substrate to be substantially parallel to each other, and which each have an aspect ratio greater than 1. Each fine line structure has a multilayer structure of a first ferromagnetic layer, a non-magnetic conductive layer and a second ferromagnetic layer. Magnetic moments of the first and second ferromagnetic layers orient antiparallel to each other in a state with no external magnetic field being applied.

Magnetoresistive element

A magnetoresistive device includes a substrate and a magnetic film which is formed by alternately stacking magnetic and non-magnetic layers with each other on the substrate. The substrate is prepared to have a texture on its surface, and the magnetic film is formed on this substrate so that a texture is formed along the interface between the magnetic and non-magnetic layers. The texture can be an atomic level texture with step features dimensioned dependent upon the lattice constant, or may be an etched texture of features having desired dimensions in a specified range.

Magnetoresistive device and method of preparing the same

A magnetoresistive film includes, arranged in the following order, a substrate, a first ferromagnetic layer, a non-magnetic metal film, and a second ferromagnetic layer which has a coercive force different from that of the first ferromagnetic layer. The magnetoresistive film has an uneven number of inflection point(s) in its magnetization hysteresis curve in the process of magnetization transition from a first saturation magnetization state to a second saturation magnetization state, with a magnetic field change quantity Hb and a magnetic field change quantity Ha being in the following relation:

Disclosed herein is a recording/reproducing method for an optical recording medium comprising a step of heating a recording layer containing a photochromic material and a polymer which are so combined with each other that a photostationary state attained upon irradiation with light of a specific wavelength is varied with temperatures, and a step of applying the light of a specific wavelength to the heated recording layer for bringing the same into a photostationary state and recording information. In order to reproduce the information, a portion of the recording layer which is in a photostationary state is selectively heated, and reproducing light is applied to reproduce recorded and unrecorded states.
