Provided is a curable composition for inkjet applied by an inkjet method, that has a long pot life even in the environment in an inkjet device warmed to 50&#xb0; C. or higher and excellent insulation reliability by the cured product after curing despite containing a compound having a cyclic ether group. The composition for inkjet according to the present invention is applied by an inkjet method, and cures by heat addition, the composition for inkjet according to the present invention contains a compound having a cyclic ether group and a curing agent, and the curing agent is a reaction viscous product obtained by reacting dicyandiamide with a functional group-containing compound having a functional group reactive with the dicyandiamide.

Curable composition for inkjet and method for producing electronic component

Provided is a curable composition for inkjet capable of improving uniformity of a cured product film and heat resistance of a cured product. The curable composition for inkjet according to the present invention contains a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group and a cyclic ether group, a photoreactive compound, a compound having a cyclic ether group, a photopolymerization initiator, and a potential curing agent, the photoreactive compound and the compound having a cyclic ether group each are a compound other than the compound having a (meth)acryloyl group and a cyclic ether group, the compound having a (meth)acryloyl group and a cyclic ether group has one or two (meth)acryloyl groups, and the viscosity at 25&#xb0; C. of the curable composition for inkjet according to the present invention is 160 mPa&#xb7;s or more and 1200 mPa&#xb7;s or less.

Curable composition for inkjet, and method for producing electronic component

A low-noise chain member comprises a bushing, a roller and oil grooves in which a wedge or squeeze effect of a lubricating oil, which is interposed between the bushing and the roller, is effective in reducing noise. The oil grooves are provided on at least one of the outer surface of the bushing and the inner face of the roller. The inner face of the roller is formed with a curved surface so as to conform to the contour of a curved outer surface of the bushing. A clearance between the inner face of the roller and the outer surface of the bushing is not widened around both ends of the roller. Only a small amount of the lubricating oil between the roller and the bushing escapes to the outside, of the roller and bushing, so that a fluid lubricating state between the bushing and the roller is maintained.

Low-noise chain having bushings and rollers with matching curved surfaces to keep fluid disposed therebetween

A number of link plates molded of synthetic resin are pivotally connected together by connecting pins to form a molded conveyor particularly suitable for the conveyance of delicate or easy-to-break articles. Each link plate has a plurality of aligned bush holes formed at intervals along a trailing end edge of the link plate, and a plurality of aligned pin holes formed at intervals along a leading end edge of the link plate. Each of the connecting pins is inserted alternately into the pin holes in one link plate and the bush holes in the adjacent link plate to pivotally connect these two link plates. A locking projection formed on the connecting pin to lock the connecting pin in position against detachment is located closer to one end of said connecting pin than to a longitudinal central portion of said connecting pin. The locking projection thus arranged reduces a stroke of hammering required to drive the connecting pin into the pin and bush holes. The connecting pin further has a flange-like stopper serving to position the locking projection within one of the bush holes when the connecting pin is in its fully inserted position.

Molded conveyor chain

A carrier chain is provided which vibrates less when moving on the curved portion of the guide rail. The carrier chain can carry the article to be carried smoothly and in a more stable state, and can prevent the one-sided wear of the guide rail and the chain units. The carrier chain includes pawls which have an upwardly inclined bottom surface. The pawls are formed on both left and right sides of a base bed portion of chain units which make up the carrier chain. A distance which is relative to a support surface of a guide rail gradually increases from a proximal end side toward an extreme end. When the chain unit moves on a curved portion of the guide rail, and when the chain unit is inclined internally of the curved portion by the tension applied from the adjacent chain units before and behind, the bottom surface of the pawl, which is internal of the curved portion, comes in contact with the support surface in a substantially face-to-face contact state.

Carrier chain

In a guide and support chain for flexible tubes, noises generated from stoppers and stopper surfaces for maintaining a straight-line attitude, and the rigidity in the case where the straight-line attitude tends to be changed into flexing is improved. A guide and support chain 10 is constituted such that link parts 12 having a pair of left and right side plates 14, 14 are rotatably connected. A straight-line attitude maintaining stopper and a straight-line attitude maintaining stopper surface comprise first stage straight-line attitude maintaining stoppers 21a, 23a and first straight-line attitude maintaining stopper surfaces 21b, 23b, and a second stage straight-line attitude maintaining stopper 22a and straight-line attitude maintaining stopper surfaces 22b. The stoppers 21a, 23a and the stopper surfaces 21b, 23b are provided at a position small in radius, and the stopper 22a and the stopper surface 22b are provided at a position large in radius. When the stoppers 21a, 23a and the stopper surfaces 21b, 23b start to contact with each other, the stopper 22a is parted from the stopper surface 22b with a predetermined clearance A.

Guide and support chain for flexible tubes

A support rail for a table top chain abraded powder or similar substances which intervene between top plates and support rails of a table top chain. A support rail is secured to a conveyor frame by means of threaded screws so as to support both sides at the lower surface of a top plate of a table top chain. The support rail has a plurality of circular concave recesses formed on the sliding surface relative to the top plate in a zigzag pattern for trapping obstacles such as abraded powder, liquid or lubricant on the sliding surface. The concave recess does not penetrate through the surface to the rear face, but serves to accumulate the abraded powder or similar therein.

Support rail for a table top chain

A chain includes resin links 1 and resin link pins which are formed by molding a mixture of polyacetal as resin material and 0.1 to 5.0% by weight of an inorganic antibacterial agent containing silver such as silver phosphate salt glass, which antibacterial agent is dispersed homogeneously in the resin material. The growth of bacteria and fungi on a chain for conveying products such as food and medicines is suppressed.

Antibacterial and fungicidal chain

A cable drag chain wherein a plurality of link members each comprising a pair of right and left side plates and connecting plates connecting upper and lower edges, respectively, of the side plates are connected together contiguously in a bendable manner, the connecting plates are to be connected strongly to the side plates. A cable drag chain 10 comprises a plurality of resinous link members 12 connected together contiguously in a bendable manner. Each link member 12 has a pair of right and left side plates 14, 16 and connecting plates 18, 20 which connect transversely upper and lower edges, respectively, of the side plates. A pair of connecting arms 22, 22 are projected at both ends of the connecting plate 18. A connecting arm receptacle portion 24 for receiving the connecting arms 22, 22 therein is formed in the upper edge of each side plate 14 (16) centrally in the longitudinal direction of the cable drag chain. Engaging pins 26 are projected from abutment surfaces of the connecting arms 22, 22, while engaging pin receptacle holes 28 are formed in abutment surfaces of the connecting arm receptacle portion 24. The engaging pin receptacle hole 28 is open sideways of the side plate 14 (16), but is closed at the upper edge of the side plate 14 (16), so that the connecting plate 18 is difficult to be disconnected above the side plates 14 and 16.

Cable drag chain

A link assembly for a chain comprising a link portion, a top plate portion having a top surface and a bottom surface made of a predetermined first material, and a plate member made of a different material than the top plate portion and integrally molded to at least the one of the top or bottom surfaces of the top plate portion.

Link for conveyor chains

An improved adjustable conveyor belt has a plurality of modules having intermeshing link ends extending lengthwise. The modules are connected together by connecting pins extending widthwise through holes formed in the link ends. Each of the modules also has side edges and a slot adjacent to each of its side edges. Thus, slots are provided along the side edges of the belt regardless of the arrangement of the modules. A stop, removably fitted into slots located along the side edges of the belt, prevents widthwise movement of the connecting pins. The stop has a guide mechanism for guiding the stop into the slot, an end portion which extends into the pin insertion hole, an engaging portion which engages a tongue formed in the slot, and a protrusion which snaps into the pin insertion hole. This configuration makes it easy to assemble, add to, and dismantle the conveyor belt, without substantially increasing the size or weight of the assembly.

Adjustable conveyor belt

A flat top conveyor chain comprising a plurality of flat top links, each link having flat top surface for carrying articles. The links are chained by means of connecting pins to form a conveyor chain. The flat top link each are made from a polyacetal resin material having a long chain alkyl ester based lubricant therein.

Flat top conveyor chain

In a shaft connecting structure, particularly suitable for fragile or brittle shafts of ceramic materials, used in high temperature environments such as conveyors in sintering furnaces, two shafts are connected in end-to-end driving relationship. Each shaft has one or more axial sector-sectional projections and sector-sectional grooves alternately formed at its end. The sector-sectional projections of each shaft enter the sector-sectional grooves of the other shaft, and the assembly of projections and grooves is clearance-fit in a cylindrical opening of a body which may be carried by the shafts or fixed to another structure.

Shaft connecting structure

A chain includes a plurality of identical link elements each including a main body part with a cantilevered connecting part integrally formed at one end thereof. The connecting part includes an enlarged rounded head portion and a narrower neck portion extending between the head portion and the main body part. The main body part has a rounded recess and a narrow slot formed in a first surface thereof. The slot adjoins an end of the recess opposite the connecting element. The slot extends from the recess to adjoin a side surface of the main body. Confining sections extend from the surface of the main body adjacent the slot so as to overlie opposite sides of the recess. The recess, slot and confining sections together define an opening in the first surface which has substantially the same shape as the connecting element. The chain is formed by inserting the connecting part of one link element into the recess of an adjacent link element and pivoting the one link element about its head portion such that its neck portion is received in the slot of the adjacent link element and its head portion is captured in the recess by the overlying confining sections.

Chain formed by link elements of identical shape

An improved chain comprising inner link plates, sintered oil-retaining bushings secured to the inner link plates, outer link plates, connecting pins secured to the outer link plates and the pins being rotatable within the bushings, the improvement comprising: the sintering density of the bushings being in the range of approximately 6.0 g/cm.sup.3 to 7.1 g/cm.sup.3 ; and, a roller rotatably supported on each bushing.
