A cable tie may include a desired length of belt, and a buckle connected to a proximal end portion of the belt. The buckle has a belt insertion hole and a slot continuous with the belt insertion hole. The belt insertion hole is configured such that the belt is longitudinally introduced thereinto. The slot is configured such that the belt is laterally introduced into the belt insertion hole therethrough. The slot includes an inlet opening that is gradually widened outward.

Objects are: to make a fixing structure in which an engagement part of a fixing member is inserted and fixed in a through hole of a plate-shaped member, into a structure in which the fixing member is easily detached from the through hole and is less likely to be damaged or broken when being detached; and to, in doing so, maintain the dustproof and waterproof performance, the molding processability, and the elasticity of a dish-like contact portion of the fixing member at the conventional level, and suppress a size increase. To attain these objects, in a fixing structure, arc-shaped bent portions are respectively formed at both ends of a dish-like contact portion which annularly contacts a through hole surrounding portion from a near side in an insertion direction, and are guide portions for a detachment jig to enter the inside of the dish-like contact portion in the fixing structure.

Fixing member and fixing structure

A binding member includes a belt portion and a buckle portion. The buckle portion has a pillar-like shape that extends upward relative to a lower surface of the buckle portion, and has a belt insertion portion. The belt portion extends diagonally downward from a first side, in a left-right direction, of the buckle portion in the first side direction relative to the lower surface. The belt insertion portion penetrates through the buckle portion diagonally upward from a second side opposite to the first side, in the left-right direction, of the buckle portion toward the first side relative to the lower surface.

Binding member and engaging member

A binding structure of wire routing materials are formed by: elongated wire routing materials; a binding member for binding the wire routing materials; and an engaging member including a movable body portion including an engaging portion for assembly into a vehicle body, and a bound portion to be bound and held together with the wire routing materials by the binding member. The bound portion includes a main portion facing the wire routing materials, and a leg portion extending from the main portion and being in contact with the wire routing materials. The movable body portion includes a sliding portion disposed such that sliding thereof is allowed on the wire routing materials in a gap.

Binding structure of wire routing material, and engaging member

An engaging member is formed by a binding member and a body member separate from the binding member being combined. The binding member has a belt portion that winds around an outer periphery of a wire routing material, and a buckle portion capable of fixing both ends of the belt portion. The body member includes, as an engaging portion for assembly into a vehicle body, a pillar portion to be inserted in a fixing hole of the vehicle body, and an elastic latch piece that is inserted, together with the pillar portion, in the fixing hole, is elastically deformed so as to approach the pillar portion when inserted, is elastically restored in the inserted state, is latched by and against a peripheral portion of the fixing hole. The pillar portion has a buckle storing portion in which the buckle portion is stored.

Engaging member

A clip main body of a clip may include a head portion, a pair of inner legs continuous with the head portion, and a pair of elastically deformable outer legs respectively continuous with distal end portions of the inner legs. The outer legs are configured such that when an extraction force is applied to the clip main body in an attached condition in which the clip main body connected to a coupling rib of an attachment base is inserted into and held in an attaching hole of an object member while pressing portions formed in distal end portions of the outer legs are respectively pressed to bearing surfaces formed in a bearing member, the pressing portions of the outer legs are respectively disengaged from the bearing surfaces of the bearing member before most-bulged portions formed in the outer legs pass through a rear surface-side periphery of the attaching hole.

Clip

A clip attachment structure with a clip and a mounting member attached to a panel by the clip is provided. The clip has an anchor that attaches the mounting member to the panel by insertion into a clip hole in the panel. A pair of elastic claws extends from the anchor. The pair of elastic claws may engage with the clip hole and may disengage from the clip hole upon rotation of the clip relative to the clip hole from an attached position. The mounting member has a pair of ribs configured to guide the clip relative to the mounting member to orient the pair of elastic claws to engage with the edges of the clip hole.

Clip attachment structure

A cushion clip may include an engagement leg that is capable of being attached to either one of a fixed member or a movable member moving toward and away from the fixed member; and a cushion that is capable of being elastically deformed by a load applied from the movable member moving toward the fixed member, thereby absorbing impact caused by movement of the movable member. The cushion has a hollow barrel shape such that an intermediate portion positioned between a bottom portion connected to the engagement leg and a top portion positioned opposite to the bottom portion is circumferentially expanded to a maximum circumference.

Cushion clip

A clip may have a clip body configured to be attached to a rib formed in an attaching article and configured to be inserted into an attaching hole formed in an object panel. The clip body includes a clamping portion configured to be coupled to the rib via an engagement slot formed in the rib, and an engagement portion elastically engageable with the attaching hole. The engagement portion has a biasing body that is configured to elastically contact an outer surface of the rib when the engagement portion is deformed inwardly caused by an extraction load applied to the clip body. The biasing body is positioned so as to contact the outer surface of the rib in a position closer to a distal end of the rib than the engagement slot.

Embodiments of the present invention may include a clip mounting seat having a clip attachment surface, a peripheral wall and an opening. The peripheral wall extends from the clip attachment surface. The opening opens a part of an outer peripheral edge of the clip attachment surface. The clip attachment surface has an attachment hole, a guide groove and a tongue. The guide groove guides an insertion of a neck portion of the clip from the opening into the attachment hole. The tongue protrudes from an edge of the guide groove towards the attachment hole. The tongue is deflected to permit the neck portion to enter from the opening into the attachment hole. When the neck portion moves from the attachment hole toward the opening, the tongue is deflected by the neck portion in a closing direction.

Clip mounting seats of interior components or exterior components

A clip having a main clip body that is made of resin and has a shape in front view that is closed at one end and open at the other end. The main clip body has engaging arms and holding members positioned to the inside of the engaging arms. The engaging arms are configured so as to be elastically deformed when the main clip body passes through an installing hole of a partner panel and to engage with a rim of the hole when the engaging arms have been inserted. The holding members are configured so as to keep the main clip body fitted onto the clip seat of the mounted member. The engaging arms and the holding members are connected to assume a substantially diamond-shaped loop in front view, and are configured so that the positions thereof differ in side view, and overlap in front view, when elastically deformed.
