A radio frequency power amplifier includes a transistor and amplifies a radio frequency signal of a first frequency; an input matching circuit connected to an input terminal of the transistor; and an output matching circuit connected to an output terminal of the transistor. A reactance control circuit includes one end connected to the output terminal of the transistor, and the other end connected to an input terminal of an output matching circuit and a bias terminal. The reactance control circuit has a reactance which resonates at a second frequency with a parasitic capacitance of the transistor at the output terminal of the transistor, and the second frequency is identical or close to the first frequency.

Radio frequency power amplifier

A radio frequency amplifier circuit according to the present invention is for providing a radio frequency amplifier circuit with high output and high efficiency, and includes (i) a first harmonic processing circuit () and (ii) a second harmonic processing circuit () which are connected to an output terminal of transistors (), and a (iii) fundamental matching circuit () connected to a downstream of the first harmonic processing circuit () and the second harmonic processing circuit (). The present invention relates to a resonator device having a stacked arrangement of laminated layers including a plurality of dielectric layers, and at least one resonator comprising a short-circuit electrode, a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode. Each electrode comprises at least a portion of a layer of electrically conductive material provided on a surface of one of the dielectric layers. The second capacitor electrode is disposed spaced, in the stacking direction, from the short-circuit electrode and the first capacitor electrode. A drunk driving detection system to be incorporated in a vehicle includes a steering wheel, a film, a pair of contact detection electrodes, an alcohol sensor, and a control circuit. The steering wheel is provided with an opening in a portion to be grasped by a driver. The film is liquid-impermeable and air-permeable, and covers the first opening. The contact detection electrodes are provided on the film. The alcohol sensor is provided in a space in communication with the opening. The control circuit is connected to the contact detection electrodes and the alcohol sensor, and measures the resistance between the contact detection electrodes. When the resistance is within a predetermined range, the control circuit determines that the driver is in contact with the film and detects an alcohol drinking condition of the driver based on the output from the alcohol sensor.

A composite duplexer includes an antenna terminal, a first receiving terminal, a second receiving terminal, a transmitting terminal, a first switch, a duplexer, and a second switch. The first switch includes a first branch contact, a second branch contact connected with the transmitting terminal, a third branch contact connected with the second receiving terminal, and a first common contact connected with the first antenna terminal. The first common contact of the first switch is connected selectively with the first branch contact, the second branch contact, and the third branch contact. The first duplexer includes a first receiving filter connected with the first receiving terminal, and a first transmitting filter. The duplexer is connected with the first branch contact of the first switch. The second switch is operable to connect and disconnect electrically between the first transmitting filter of the first duplexer and the transmitting terminal. This composite duplexer can separate signals even if their frequency bands are close to each other.

With an antenna duplexer having balanced terminals, there has been a problem that the amount of leakage of common-mode signal components in the balanced terminals is large. A balanced high-frequency filter designed to solve this problem comprises a balanced high-frequency element and a phase-shifting circuit which includes a transmission line and placed between output terminals, and which is series resonance circuit having a length set to &#x3bb;/2 (&#x3bb;: the wavelength at a frequency in a transmission frequency band) and capable of resonating with common-mode signal components at a predetermined frequency.
