To clean the inside and outside of a container capable of containing dust-free objects for carrying, a cleaning apparatus is used within a clean room or a housing in which the cleaning apparatus is installed. The clean room or housing is kept highly cleaned. By the cleaning apparatus, the container is separated into a container body and a lid, the separated container body and lid are subject to cleaning conducted by cleaning means. Coupling means allows the cleaned container body and lid to be coupled again into the container. This coupling operation is performed automatically, the inside of the container that has already been cleaned will not be spoiled in its clean level.

A container for receiving and transporting dust free articles which is opened and closed by inserting a positioning pin and a key in an opener mechanism into a positioning hole and a key hole provided in a cover, with a tapered surface formed on an upper inner surface of the positioning hole, and with a floating mechanism disposed in the key hole. According to the above container, the positioning pin and key are easily inserted, and the cover is smoothly closed.

Container

A container for receiving a detesting dust article and transporting thereof, which is mounted on a loader disposed in a border portion between a high cleanliness room and a low cleanliness room, including means by the use of which a cover thereof is opened and closed by an opener mechanism to communicate and shut the opening portion thereof and the high cleanliness room.

A side rail for closing each of side walls of a substrate cassette of a rectangular configuration is disclosed which is capable of preventing deformation of the side rail and a dimensional error thereof. The side rail includes a partition plate formed on a surface thereof with ribs for receiving a plurality of substrates therein in a manner to space them from each other. The ribs are arranged so as to define partition grooves therebetween. The side rails also includes a cover member arranged for covering the partition plate and including rib covers for covering the ribs and groove covers arranged between the rib covers for covering the partition grooves. Also, a substrate cassette having the side rails incorporated therein is disclosed.

The invention provides an efficient method for the preparation of cycloheone by the liquid-phase oxidation of cyclohexene in the presence of a catalyst system. The rate of conversion of the cyclohexene and the yield of cyclohexanone are unexpectedly increased when the reaction mixture brought into contact with oxygen or air contains a limited amount of an aliphatic alcohol having 2-10 carbon atoms in a molecule such as ethyl alcohol with the catalyst system composed of a palladium compound, e.g. PdCl.sub.2, and at least one co-catalytic ingredient which is a copper compound or iron compound such as CuCl.sub.2 or FeCl.sub.3. The influence of benzene or cyclohexane admixed in the reaction mixture was studied to indicate no adverse effects or even better results in the reaction giving further advantages of the process in which the starting cyclohexene need not be purified and can be used as prepared by the partial hydrogenation of benzene or partial dehydrogenation of cyclohexane.

A catalyst having a noble metal of Group 8 of the Periodic Table of Elements carried on aluminum sponge and a method for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanes which comprises bringing cyclohexanes, in a heated state, into contact with the catalyst described above in conjunction with hydrogen.

A process for the production of conjugated diolefins having 4-6 carbon atoms from the corresponding monoolefins according to the oxidative dehydrogenation process wherein oxides of molybdenum, arsenic and an alkaline earth metal are used as catalyst. The use of this catalyst enables the production of conjugated diolefins in a high yield.
