When the number of teeth included in an in-phase teeth group is represented by T, a first half-slot adjacent to a k-th tooth is represented by A(k, 1), and a second half-slot adjacent to the k-th tooth is represented by A(k, 2), the number of turns of the coil arranged in A(1, 1) is the same as the number of turns of the coil arranged in A(T, 2), the number of turns of the coil arranged in A(1, 1) is different from the number of turns of the coil arranged in A(1, 2). The number of turns of the coil arranged in A(k, 2) is different from the number of turns of the coil arranged in A(k+1, 1), and the number of turns of the coils provided in the slot is twice the number of turns of the coil arranged in A(1, 1).

A permanent magnet synchronous machine includes a stator including a plurality of split core blocks that are continuously arranged in a rotation direction of a rotor. The plurality of split core blocks each includes: a permanent magnet; a pair of teeth arranged on both ends of the permanent magnet so as to sandwich the permanent magnet in the rotation direction; and connection teeth, which are provided on axial end portions of the pair of teeth sandwiching the permanent magnet, and are configured to connect the pair of teeth.

Permanent magnet synchronous machine and method for manufacturing permanent magnet synchronous machine stator

A synchronous linear motor, including: a stator including projecting poles including magnetic bodies; and a movable element arranged opposed to the projecting poles through a space. The movable element includes a core with a magnetic body, coils, and permanent magnets arrayed along a moving direction. The core includes core backs and teeth projecting from the core backs toward the projecting poles. The coils are at least wound around the teeth on both end sides in the moving direction. The permanent magnets are arranged at center portions of the teeth along a projecting direction of the teeth. A polarity of a magnetic pole of the permanent magnet is the same as a polarity of an opposed magnetic pole in an adjacent permanent magnet. The number of different shapes of the permanent magnets or the number of different magnetic characteristics of the permanent magnets is two or more.

In a resolver, a detecting stator core includes a first detection winding group, a second detection winding group, and a plurality of excitation windings. The first detection winding group includes a plurality of first windings as detection windings. The second detection winding group includes, as detection windings, a plurality of second windings different from the first windings in the phase of the detection voltage. The excitation windings are each wound around one of teeth of the detecting stator core. Each first winding and each second winding are wound around different teeth from each other without being wound around the same tooth. The detection winding and the excitation winding that are wound around the same tooth are arranged so as to be separated from each other in a radial direction.

In conventional rotors having a shape in which permanent magnets are skewed, a configuration in which, for example, the thicknesses of both ends of each magnet are increased is used in order to make the rotors symmetric between the forward and reverse directions, thereby causing excessive increase in the thicknesses. In a rotorin which permanent magnets form magnet poles and the permanent magnets are skewed with respect to the axial direction, the thickness of each permanent magnet is increased at a portion that is most likely to be demagnetized, that is, a positive side portion F in a rotor partA skewed in the positive direction and a negative side portion F in a rotor partB skewed in the negative direction, whereby a demagnetization resistance strengthened portion is formed.

A rotor core includes low permeability areas having lower permeability than that of a material of the rotor core, between an outer circumference of each magnetic pole and a side surface of each permanent magnet. The low permeability areas are formed asymmetrically with respect to a geometric center of each magnetic pole so that a magnetic center of the magnetic pole is displaced toward one side with respect to the geometric center. The rotor cores are placed upside down relative to each other so that a relative position in the circumferential direction of the low permeability areas with respect to the permanent magnets differs.

A permanent-magnet type rotating electrical machine, including a rotor including a plurality of magnetic poles arranged at an equal interval, and a stator including a plurality of teeth and a plurality of armature windings. A high frequency voltage different in frequency and amplitude from voltages for generating a torque is applied to the armature windings. A magnetic pole position of the rotor is estimated by using a current trajectory of a measured high frequency current. When dq transform is applied to the measured high frequency current, a current trajectory forms an ellipse on d and q axes. Angular variation ranges of a major axis of the ellipse with respect to a load current and a rotor position are set so as to acquire a predetermined position estimation resolution.

A linear motor includes a stator having field poles arranged linearly with opposing polarities arranged in an alternating manner; and a rotor having an armature core with teeth that faces a pole face of the field poles with a gap, and coils wound around the teeth. The stator and the rotor are supported in a slidable manner, a direction perpendicular to a sliding direction of the rotor and in parallel with the pole face is defined as a stacking direction. A head of each of the teeth has an extended portion extended in the sliding direction. An electro-hydraulic power steering apparatus in which a control device, a motor and a pump are integrated. The apparatus includes a first housing, a second housing, a control device surrounded by the first and second housings, a motor disposed on a side of the first housing and a pump disposed on a side of the second housing. The motor includes a rotor, a stator and a frame. The rotor has a first bearing supported by the first housing. The frame includes an inner circumferential face into which a stator core is press fitted and receives a second bearing of the rotor. The frame is secured to the first housing by a first clamp screw. The first housing and the second housing are secured by a second clamp screw. The first and second clamp screws are tightened from the hand of the frame.

A plurality of winding slackening pins are disposed at predetermined positions between a plurality of teeth and a plurality of terminal pins so as to project out of the a first surface side of the insulator. A first and second conductor wire are wound so as to dispose a first and second lead wire portion of each conductor wire wound on the teeth under tension between the teeth and the terminal pin by hooking each wire lead portion onto a winding hooking pin and a winding slackening pin. An electro-hydraulic power steering apparatus includes: a motor having a rotational shaft and provided with a bearing for rotatably bearing the rotational shaft; a hydraulic pump disposed at one end of the rotational shaft of the motor and driven by the motor; a first elastic body for supporting the bearing; and a second elastic body for pressing the bearing in an axial direction.

A vehicle electro-hydraulic power steering unit includes: a steering mechanism steering a steering wheel in a steering direction; an electro-hydraulic pump; a piston mechanism assisting the steering mechanism in a steering direction; a hydraulic circuit causing an assist force to be generated in response to the steering of the steering mechanism; and a control unit controlling a motor based on an output signal from a vehicle speed sensor, a torque sensor, and a steering angle sensor. In this power steering unit, driving the motor is started when a steering torque exceeds a set torque threshold, and the torque threshold to be set is changed depending on operating conditions. Thus, a vehicle electro-hydraulic power steering unit improved in fuel consumption is obtained.
