A control device controls a moving body being a target of a remote operation performed by a remote operator. During the remote operation of the moving body, the control device performs a communication with a remote operator terminal on the remote operator side to receive remote operation information including a first operation amount caused by the remote operator. The control device acquires a delay amount of a communication from the remote operator terminal to the moving body based on a result of reception of the remote operation information. The control device executes a delay compensation process that compensates for a delay of the first operation amount based on the delay amount to calculate a first correction operation amount. The control device controls the moving body based on the first correction operation amount.

A management device communicates with a moving body being a target of a remote operation performed by a remote operator and a remote operator terminal on the remote operator side. During the remote operation of the moving body, the management device receives first information related to the remote operation from a first device that is one of the moving body and the remote operator terminal, and transmits the first information to a second device that is another of the moving body and the remote operator terminal. The management device determines whether an abnormality occurs in a first communication from the first device to the management device based on a communication state of the first information. When it is determined that the abnormality occurs in the first communication, the management device notifies the first device of occurrence of the abnormality in the first communication.

A processor of a first terminal generates composite image data, in which main and sub image data are composited together, based on the main image data, the sub image data, and data about layout of a screen of a second terminal. The main image data are image data which are obtained by a main camera and are to be displayed on a main screen of a display of the second terminal. The sub image data are image data which are obtained by a sub camera and are to be displayed on a sub-screen of the display. A processor of the first terminal transmits the composite image data from the first terminal to the second terminal. A processor of the second terminal displays the composite image data received from the first terminal on the display.

When the remote-control information includes detection of the meandering condition of the remote traveling vehicle, the remote traveling vehicle adds a limit on the upper speed limit or limit steering angle of the remote traveling vehicle.

A driver assistance control device includes a detection part detecting a degree of concentration of a driver; an acquisition part acquiring assistance levels set by the driver; a driver assistance control part performing a plurality of the functions; and a changing part automatically changing setting of the plurality of the functions in accordance with the degree. The changing part automatically changes the settings of first driver assistance functions including one of a plurality of the functions so that the assistance levels become higher than the levels set by the driver when the degree becomes lower than a first value, and automatically changes the settings of second driver assistance functions including at least another of a plurality of the functions so that the assistance levels become higher than the levels set by the driver when the degree becomes lower than a second value different from the first value.

The on-board information processing apparatus executes: detecting an object ahead of the vehicle from an image acquired by an on-board camera; compressing the image to generate a compressed image; transmitting first data including the compressed image and an image acquisition time of the image before compression; and transmitting second data including an object detection result and an image acquisition time of the image used for object detection. The remote monitoring server executes: receiving the first data to store it in a memory; receiving the second data to store it in the memory; extracting the compressed image and the object detection result whose image acquisition times are the same time from the memory in time series; and superimposing an extracted object detection result on a restored image acquired by restoring an extracted compressed image to display the restored image on which the object detection result is superimposed on a monitoring screen.
