An electronic device includes a chassis, a microphone hole penetrating an outer wall of the chassis, and a microphone module that faces the microphone hole. The microphone module has a microphone that obtains sound information outside the chassis through the microphone hole, a flexible substrate laminated on a back surface of the microphone, a metallic plate laminated on a back surface of the flexible substrate, and a sound hole opened in the back surface of the microphone and penetrating the flexible substrate and the metallic plate. The electronic device further includes a double-sided tape fastened to a first region, surrounding the sound hole, of a back surface of the metallic plate, and to an inner surface of the chassis, and that fixes the microphone module to the chassis, and a conductive member that electrically connects the second region of the metallic plate and the inner surface of the chassis.

An information processing apparatus includes: a main control unit that executes processing based on an operating system (OS) and that changes to a low power consumption mode to stop some functions including a display unit while making a predetermined function work; a setting information storage unit that stores a usage status mode based on usage status and setting information in association with one another, where the setting information indicates whether to stop the predetermined function implemented by a device driver added to the OS in the low power consumption mode; a mode control unit that changes the main control unit to the low power consumption mode; and a change processing unit that changes a stopped state of the predetermined function.

An information processing device, a method and computer program product are disclosed. The information processing device includes a component, a resistance unit, and a measurement unit that measures a voltage drop of the resistance unit, wherein the resistance unit is connected on an electric power line. The method includes providing electric power to a component, adjusting a resistance unit based on an operating state of a control unit, and measuring a voltage drop of the resistance unit with a measurement unit. The computer program product includes executable code to perform providing electric power to a component; adjusting a resistance unit based on an operating state of a control unit, and measuring a voltage drop of the resistance unit with a measurement unit.

Electric power measurement

A mobile terminal device is connected to a network using a packet routing function of another mobile terminal device. Communication between respective mobile terminal devices can be performed in each of a plurality of tethering connection systems. When performing tethering communication, a mobile terminal device having tethering function becomes a master device and a mobile terminal device having no tethering function becomes a slave device. When both mobile terminal devices have tethering function, one mobile terminal devices becomes the master device and the other becomes the slave device. Before starting the tethering communication, state information for calculating an expected battery operating time of each mobile terminal device is acquired. A tethering connection system and a master-slave relationship are selected to maximize the expected operating time based on the remaining battery level and the expected power consumption of each mobile terminal device when starting the tethering communication.
