A vehicle control device includes: a gear changing part having a parking brake holding the vehicle in a stationary state, a driving gear that maintains driving the vehicle, and a parking gear that holds a parked state; a control switch disposed in the gear changing part and able to perform actuation of the parking brake and the parking gear simultaneously through an operation of pressing the control switch; a braking force holding part holding a braking force when the vehicle generates the braking force based on at least one of a driver operating a brake or operating the control switch; and a control part performing: when the control switch is pressed, performing a linked parking control so that the parking brake performs a linked actuation while the gear changing part is shifted to the parking gear. After the linked parking control ends, the holding of the braking force is released.

Vehicle control device and method

A vehicle control device includes: a shift-position-switching acceptance unit that accepts switching operation of the shift position of the transmission but does not accept switching operation from a shift position other than the first forward position and the second forward position to the second forward position without via the first forward position; and an automatic-parking control unit that, in a case of moving the vehicle forward during execution of automatic parking control in a state in which the shift position of the transmission is set at a shift position other than the first forward position and the second forward position, sets the shift position of the transmission to the first forward position to move the vehicle forward.

Vehicle control device

The disclosure provides a transmission selector for a vehicle. The transmission selector for a vehicle includes: a transmission selector element including a first switch and a second switch, and a control circuit. When the vehicle speed is equal to or less than a first threshold, the control circuit switches the current gear to D in response to the selection operation received by the first switch, and the control circuit switches the current gear to R in response to the selection operation received by the second switch. When the vehicle speed is equal to or less than the first threshold and the vehicle meets the specified conditions, the control circuit controls the vehicle to switch the current gear in response to a long-press operation whose execution of the selection operation received by the first switch or the second switch reaches a first specified time.

Transmission selector for vehicles

A hybrid electric vehicle drive apparatus has a setting portion for setting a limit value of a driving torque that a motor outputs when driving a hybrid electric vehicle by the power of the motor only, based on a maximum torque that the motor enables to output and a starting torque used to start an internal combustion engine by the motor. The setting portion sets the limit value to a first value and sets the limit value to a second value which is greater than the first value when a vehicle speed of the vehicle does not increase even though an accelerator pedal position degree increases while the vehicle is being driven only by the motor.

Hybrid electric vehicle drive apparatus

A hybrid vehicle determines whether or not the drive mode thereof is shifted from a series drive to an engine direct coupled drive with a power transmission engaging/disengaging portion applied, derives a rotational speed at a drive wheel side of the power transmission engaging/disengaging portion which corresponds to a driving speed as an applying rotational speed of an internal combustion engine at which the power transmission engaging/disengaging portion is applied, and applies the power transmission engaging/disengaging portion by controlling the operation of the internal combustion engine when a difference in rotational speed between the rotational speed of the internal combustion engine and the applying rotational speed becomes equal to or smaller than a predetermined value after the shift to the engine direct coupled drive is determined.

Hybrid vehicle and method for controlling same

A fluid transmission device comprises: a cover member coupled to a drive shaft; a converter mechanism constituted by a pump impeller coupled to the cover member, a turbine runner connected to a driven shaft, and a stator disposed between the pump impeller and the turbine runner, a converter chamber through which a working fluid flows being formed in the interior thereof; a lockup mechanism having a clutch piston provided in a lockup chamber that is surrounded by the cover member and the turbine runner, which engages and disengages the drive shaft and driven shaft by supplying a control fluid to a clutch oil chamber surrounded by a back surface of the clutch piston and the cover member; an inlet passage for leading the working fluid into the lockup chamber from the outside; a communicating passage for leading the working fluid into the converter chamber from the lockup chamber; and an outlet passage for leading the working fluid to the outside from the converter chamber.
