A connector connecting structure of an electronic control unit includes: a first connector arranged on a radially inner side of a cylinder portion protruding from a casing of an electronic control unit; and a lever member including a pivoting portion mounted to the cylinder portion so as to be rotatable about an axial line of the cylinder portion without changing a position of the pivoting portion with respect to the cylinder portion, and an operation lever portion that extends from the pivoting portion. The first connector includes a connector connecting portion, exposed outward from an opening in the cylinder portion and electrically connected to a connector connecting portion of a second connector protruding from a mounting target for the casing in a manner that the connector connecting portion is accommodated inside the cylinder portion. A bayonet mechanism is provided between the pivoting portion and a housing of the second connector.

Connector connecting structure of electronic control unit and electronic control unit

A connector includes a resin housing, a terminal and a seal member. The housing includes a housing body and a partition portion that divides inside of the housing body, a press-fit hole being provided in the partition portion so as to penetrate the partition portion from a front face to a rear face of the partition portion being opposed to the front face. The terminal includes a conductive metal portion and a plated layer surrounding the conductive metal portion, the terminal being press-fitted into the press-fit hole, and an intermediate portion of the terminal being fixed to the partition portion. The seal member covers at least one of the front face and the rear face of the partition portion and is adhere to the partition portion and the terminal so as to seal the press-fit hole.

Connector and method for producing the same

A connector support structure includes: a connector fitted to a counterpart connector formed in an electric component; a connector support portion formed in a wiring board in which an electric wire to be connected to the connector is arranged; and a resin adaptor which holds the connector internally and which is inserted into and supported by the connector support portion. The adaptor includes a plurality of elastic pieces in an outer circumferential surface of the adapter such that the connector is supported on an inner surface of the connector support portion through the elastic pieces.

A connector fitting structure includes a female connector without a rotating member and an elastic sealing part arranged on the female member. The female connector is configured so as to be engageable with a male connector having a guide groove formed for the rotating member. The male connector is provided with a fitting recess. The guide groove is formed on an outer circumferential face of the fitting recess. The male connector is configured so as to be engageable with another female connector with the rotating member for moving at least one of the male and female connectors in a fitting direction. The female connector includes a fitting protrusion for engagement with the fitting recess. The elastic sealing part is arranged on an outer circumferential face of the fitting protrusion to continuously adhere to an inner circumferential face of a fitting-side end portion of the fitting recess along the circumferential direction.

Sealing structure in a sensor having lead wires

A circuit body 10 includes a main circuit body 12 having an inner circuit; a plurality of connector blocks 13, 14 integrally supported by the main circuit body 12 and directly connected to electric parts; and flexible legs 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d for supporting the plurality of connector blocks 13, 14 independently from the main circuit body 12 so that they can be freely moved in the direction perpendicular to the connecting direction of the electric parts.

Circuit body

A bus bar wiring board has electric contact portions 11a, 11b projected in a tab terminal 11 perpendicularly folded and is constructed such that the electric contact portions 11a, 11b projected in the tab terminal 11 and a folded portion 11d of the tab terminal 11 do not overlap each other on a straight line perpendicular to the folded portion 11d. To achieve this construction, an approximately central portion 11c of the tab terminal 11 constituting the folded portion is punched and both sides of the punched portion 11c are set to the folded portion 11d of the tab terminal 11.

A collective connector unit includes a case having a plurality of connector housings, a plurality of connector terminals accommodated in the connector housings, and a ground terminal fixture mounted on the case. For its earthing, the ground terminal fixture is electrically connected with the connector terminals through an earth circuit. With the arrangement where the connector terminals for earthing has been previously conducted with the ground terminal fixture through the earth circuit, the ground connecting of the unit can be effected with the fixing of the ground terminal fixture on the instrument, automatically.

A connector mounting structure having a case mounted on the automatic transmission unit 20 for containing one or a multiplicity of connectors is disclosed, in which at least one vibration-absorbing elastic member is interposed in contact between the case and the automatic transmission unit. The elastic member is made of a resin spring integrally formed with the resin case. The vibrations exerted on the connectors from the automatic transmission unit can thus be reduced and the adverse effect of the vibrations on the connectors is minimized.

A wiring board for electrical connection includes a base plate having a plurality of recessed portions, a cover for covering the surface of the base plate, a plurality of female terminals, each being received in the corresponding recessed portion of the base plate, and a plurality of electric wires. The female terminal includes a bent substrate having an L-shaped cross-section, a wire compressively contacting portion formed on the outer surface of one side portion of the substrate, and a terminal engaging portion formed on the outer surface of the other side portion of the substrate for receiving therein a tab terminal so as to be substantially perpendicular to the base plate. The terminal engaging portion is received in the recessed portion while ensuring predetermined clearances between the outer surface of the engaging portion and the side walls of the recessed portion. The base plate is covered by the cover while receiving the electric wire in a guide groove formed in the base plate.
