According to the present invention, a panel-shaped first metal body () comprises a space-forming part () and an overlap part () that is continuous with the space-forming part (). A panel-shaped second metal body () comprises a space-forming part () and an overlap part () that is continuous with space-forming part (). When the first metal body () and the second metal body () have been assembled, a housing space layer (S) that is for housing a sheet-shaped glass wool materialis formed between the space-forming parts (), and the overlap parts () overlap. A solid joining part (W) that connects the overlap parts () is formed between the overlap parts ().

Two aluminum alloy plates are sandwiched between an anvil and a chip of a horn which is being vibrated by a vibration unit, to perform ultrasonic bonding. A deposit removing unit is provided above the horn. When the horn is vibrated by the vibration unit and raised by an elevator, the chip positioned on the top of the horn comes into contact with a removal section, with the chip being vibrated, to allow the removal section to remove a deposit adhering to the chip.

Provided is a device for assembling a fuel supply pipe of which a joint portion between a pipe body and a short cylindrical member has a high strength and which has high anti-corrosion performance. Specifically, while a laser beam in a defocused state is being emitted to impinge on an end portion of the pipe body that overlaps the short cylindrical member, the pipe body and the short cylindrical member are rotated through one complete turn relative to the laser beam, thereby melting the entire periphery of the end portion. While the laser beam in a defocused state is being emitted to impinge on the melted end portion, the pipe body and the short cylindrical member are rotated through at least one further complete turn, thereby joining by welding the end portion to the outer periphery of the short cylindrical member.

Fuel supply pipe assembly device

Provided are a method for assembling a fuel supply pipe of which a joint portion between a pipe body and a short cylindrical member has a high strength and which has high anti-corrosion performance, and a device for assembling the pipe. Method for assembling fuel supply pipe, and fuel supply pipe assembly device

A small camera module is simply assembled in a short time, while reducing displacement of a camera relative to the first and second frames. Specifically, the camera module is assembled by bending a pair of clips to engage engaging portions of the clips with engaging recesses of the first and second frames to fix the first frame, camera holders, and the second frame, with the first and second frames located at both sides of each camera holder with a housing recess facing outward, and using resilient force of each of the clips to press the camera with a projection of the clip.

Electrode inspection apparatus for spot welding

An electrode inspection apparatus for spot welding is provided for precisely measuring diameters of a tip of an electrode without reducing availability ratio in a production line, and is particularly useful when inspecting a weld gun having electrodes with a narrow distance therebetween. A CCD camerafor imaging the tip of the electrode held to the weld gun is disposed in an inspection apparatus body. The inspection apparatus bodyincludes a measuring reference unitin which a fixing holefor fixing the tip of the electrode is formed, and a mirrorobliquely arranged with respect to the electrode so as to be distant from the fixing holeat a position opposite to the electrode with respect to the measuring reference unit. The CCD camerais disposed in a side of the mirrorwith a distance therebetween for imaging the tip of the electrode from a direct front thereof reflected on the mirrorby reflection.
