It is a CNT device () (carbon-metal structure) equipped with a carbon nanotube layer () (CNT layer; same hereafter) on a metal pedestal (). The metal pedestal () is brazed to the CNT layer () with a brazing material layer () interposed therebetween. When manufacturing the CNT device (), firstly, the CNT layer () is formed on a heat-resistant textured substrate (). Next, the metal pedestal () is brazed to the CNT layer () that is on the heat-resistant textured substrate () with the brazing material layer () interposed therebetween. Then, the metal pedestal () (and the CNT layer) is peeled off the heat-resistant textured substrate () to transfer the CNT layer () from the heat-resistant textured substrate () to the metal pedestal ().

Carbon-metal structure and method for manufacturing carbon-metal structure

A vacuum-capacitor-type instrument voltage transformer () is equipped with a main capacitor () and an insulating tube () that accommodates the main capacitor (). A voltage dividing capacitor () is connected to the main capacitor () in series. The main capacitor () is equipped with a plurality of vacuum capacitors () to () that are connected in series. A high-voltage-side electrode () is provided on a high-voltage side of the insulating tube (), and a ground-side electrode () is provided on its low-voltage side. The high-voltage-side electrode () is equipped with a high-voltage shield (). Electrostatic capacity of the vacuum capacitor (for example, the vacuum capacitor ()) disposed on the high-voltage side is set to be greater than electrostatic capacity of the vacuum capacitor (for example, the vacuum capacitor ()) disposed on the low-voltage side.

Transformer for vacuum capacitor type instrument

In case of using multi-contacts or flat braided wires for constituting a current carrying structure of a movable part in a vacuum relay, problems tend to appear, which are enlargement of a control mechanism, complication, increased operation force and the like. The vacuum relayincludes an insulating cylinder, a first relay connecting portionthat is connected to one open end of the insulating cylinderand has on its inner surface a first contact, a second relay connecting portionthat is arranged in the insulating cylinderto face the first relay connecting portion, a movable memberthat is movably arranged between the first and second relay connecting portionsandand has a second contact that is brought into contact with the first contact when the movable member is moved toward the first relay connecting portion, and a control mechanismthat moves the movable memberin both directions to establish and break the contact between the two contacts. Between the movable memberand the second relay connecting portion, there is provided a bellowsthrough which the movable memberand the second relay connecting portionare electrically connected.

Sealed relay

In a vacuum chamber (), an emitter () and a target () are opposed to each other. A guard electrode () is disposed around an outer circumference of an electron generating portion () of the emitter (). A supporting part () supports the emitter () movably in an end-to-end direction of the vacuum chamber (). Reforming treatment is performed on the guard electrode () by operating the supporting part (), moving the emitter () to an open end () side (non-discharge position) and applying a voltage to repeatedly effect discharge on the guard electrode () in a state where field emission from the electron generation portion () is suppressed. After the reforming treatment, the supporting part () is again operated. The emitter () is moved to an open end () side (discharge position) and placed in a state where field emission from the electron generation portion () is allowed.

Conventional example is arranged simply to turn a circuit on/off, and not to changeover connection. Sealed relaycomprises: insulating tube; first relay connect portionattached to one end of insulating tube, and provided with first contacton inside surface; second relay connect portiondisposed in confrontation with first relay connect portionin insulating tube; movable memberdisposed movably between first and second relay connect portionsand, and provided with second contactcontacting with first contactwhen moved toward the first relay connect portion; and operating mechanism to move the movable member. [Task] The present invention aims to provide a vacuum capacitor instrument voltage transformer by which current and voltage can be much precisely measured. [Means for achieving task] The means is so made that a main capacitor portionand a voltage dividing capacitor portionare installed in a earthed vacuum vessel, a main ground circuitis provided through which a leak current Iflows from an outer surface of the primary line-path side vacuum vessel to the earth E, and a voltage dividing ground circuitis provided through which a leak current Iflows to the earth E through a voltage dividing insulating cylindrical memberthat is disposed between an earthed portion and each of the main capacitor portion and the voltage dividing capacitor portion.

Vacuum capacitor-voltage-transformer

A vacuum capacitor includes a fixed electrode, a movable electrode, a movable electrode shaft, a magnetic flux receiving unit, a magnetic flux generating unit and a capacitance control unit. The fixed electrode is formed from a plurality of electrode members in a vacuum casing. The movable electrode is formed from a plurality of electrode members arranged in gaps formed between the electrode members of the fixed electrode in the vacuum casing. The movable electrode shaft supports the movable electrode. Capacitance appearing between the movable electrode and the fixed electrode is varied by rotation of the movable electrode shaft. The magnetic flux receiving unit rotates the movable electrode shaft in the vacuum casing. The magnetic flux generating unit is located outside the vacuum casing and rotates the magnetic flux receiving unit by magnetic attraction. The capacitance control unit rotates the magnetic flux generating unit.

Vacuum capacitor

A vacuum capacitor includes a fixed electrode, a movable electrode, a movable electrode shaft, a magnetic flux receiving unit, a magnetic flux generating unit and a capacitance control unit. A plurality of electrode members in a vacuum casing form the fixed electrode. The fixed electrode is divided into a plurality of fixed electrodes, and each fixed electrode is lead outside the vacuum casing and electrically connected to each other in series. A plurality of electrode members arranged in gaps between the electrode members of the fixed electrode form the movable electrode. Rotating the movable electrode shaft, which supports the movable electrode, varies capacitance between the movable electrode and the fixed electrode. The magnetic flux receiving unit rotates the movable electrode shaft. The magnetic flux generating unit, located outside the vacuum casing, rotates the magnetic flux receiving unit by magnetic attraction. The capacitance control unit rotates the magnetic flux generating unit.

The present invention can easily adjust capacitance of a vacuum capacitor while maintaining a vacuum state in a vacuum chamber of the vacuum capacitor. A fixed electrodeis formed by arranging a plurality of flat electrode membersin layers at a certain distance in an axial direction of a vacuum chamber. A movable electrodeis formed by arranging a plurality of flat electrode membersin layers at a certain distance in the axial direction of the vacuum chamberand fixing the electrode membersto a movable electrode shaft. By rotation of the movable electrode shaft, each electrode memberis inserted into and extracted from a gap between the electrode membersof the fixed electrodein noncontact with the electrode membersof the fixed electrode. A magnetic flux receiving portionis fixed to a seal memberside of a disk memberthat is provided at the movable electrode shaft. A magnetic flux generating unitprovided at a capacitance control unitis arranged in a direction parallel to the movable electrode shaftwith respect to the magnetic flux receiving portion. By rotating the capacitance control unitalso rotating the magnetic flux receiving portionby magnetic attraction of the magnetic flux generating unit, an overlap area of the movable electrodewith respect to the fixed electrodeis changed, capacitance is then adjusted.

An attraction coil, a repulsion coil and a plunger are disposed in a magnetic path of an electromagnetic device. An starting flux generating section is disposed between the attraction coil and the repulsion coil in the magnetic path. A magnetic flux of the starting flux generating section is repulsed magnetically by a magnetic flux of the repulsion coil at a part of the magnetic path to start the plunger. The plunger is attracted to one of first and second magnetic path parts by electromagnetic forces generated from magnetic fluxes of the attraction coil and the repulsion coil.

Electromagnetic device

A vacuum capacitor includes a vacuum vessel, stationary and movable electrodes arranged in the vacuum vessel, and a bellows which follows the movable electrode to maintain the hermeticity of the inside of the vacuum vessel and which serves as a current path, wherein the bellows is formed of a conduction high-strength heat resisting alloy.

A vacuum variable capacitor is includes of a vacuum container which is formed by sealing both end of a cylindrical insulator with a fixed-side end plate and a movable-side end plate, a movable conductive member which is disposed opposite to the fixed-side end plate in the vacuum container, a fixed electrode which is provided on the fixed-side end plate, a movable electrode which is provided on the movable conductive member, a bellows provided in the vacuum container, a rotating portion which is rotatably disposed outside of the vacuum container, and a ball screw through which the movable conductive member is supported by the rotating member.

Vacuum variable capacitor

A vacuum variable capacitor includes an energization bellows arranged in a vacuum vessel and having ends mounted to a movable-electrode support plate and a movable side-end plate, respectively, a heat shielding bellows arranged inside the energization bellows and outside a slide-guide support and having ends mounted to the movable-electrode support plate and the movable side-end plate, respectively, and a cooling pipe interposed between the two bellows and for preventing transfer of heat generated in the energization bellows.

An adjuster nut is rotatably supported to a vacuum container of a vacuum variable capacitor of a vacuum variable capacitor device. The adjuster nut has a nut portion, and a shank made of an insulating material. The shank has a first end integrated with the nut portion and a second end adapted to be directly coupled with a rotational shaft of a driving portion of the vacuum variable capacitor device. Another type of the adjuster nut has a deformable bellows, a nut portion, and a shank made of an insulating material. A second end of the nut portion is coupled with a first end of the bellows. The shank has a first end coupled with a second end of a bellows, and a second end adapted to be directly coupled with the rotational shaft of the driving portion of the vacuum variable capacitor device.

Vacuum variable capacitor device

A vacuum capacitor and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The vacuum capacitor comprises: an insulating envelope; a pair of end electrodes, each end electrode being brazed under a non-oxidation atmosphere to a corresponding end of the insulating envelope and being formed together with the insulating envelope to constitute a vacuum vessel; a plurality of cylindrical electrode plates constituting a pair of cylindrical electrodes, each cylindrical electrode plate constituting one of the pair of cylindrical electrodes having a mutually different diameter and being extended along the insulating envelope from an inner surface of the corresponding one of the pair of end electrodes so as to be inserted into a space between the mutually adjacent cylindrical electrode plates constituting the other of the pair of cylindrical electrodes; and a positioning member to position one of the pair of cylindrical electrodes to the other of the pair of cylindrical electrodes in such a manner as to equalize a spatial interval between each cylindrical electrode plate constituting the one of the pair of cylindrical electrodes and that constituting the other of the pair of cylindrical electrodes.
