A fuse unit includes: a fuse element with an insertion hole into which a stud bolt inserted, the stud bolt protrudingly provided on a battery terminal fixed to a battery post protrudingly provided on an upper surface of a battery; and a resin body integrally formed with the fuse element by insert molding, and having an abutment portion abutting on a side surface of the battery. For a plurality of batteries each having the battery post at a different arrangement position, the insertion hole of the fuse element is formed in a shape allowing insertion of the stud bolt thereinto in a state where the side surface of the battery and the abutment portion of the resin body abut on each other.

Fuse unit

A fuse unit comprising a resin housing formed by insulator, a circuit body formed by conductor, molded integrally with the resin housing and branching and transferring electricity from a power source side to a load side, and a fusible body provided on the circuit body and fusing at overcurrent to the load side; the circuit body is formed by a block side circuit body connected to the power source side, and a block side terminal body connected to the load side, a block side first connection end to which one side of the fusible body is detachably connected is formed on the block side circuit body, and a block side second connection end to which the other side of the fusible body is detachably connected is formed on the block side terminal body.

A fuse unit includes a feeding terminal, an energizing terminal and a fusion portion. The feeding terminal is fixed to a battery post to receive power from a battery. The fusion portion electrically connects the feeding terminal and the energizing terminal, and is arranged over the battery post. The feeding terminal is positioned between the energizing terminal and the fusion portion.

A fuse unit is provided having a fuse element () in which a first terminal connecting part () and second terminal connecting parts () are formed and an insulative resin part () is formed on the outer surface of the fuse element () with insertion molding. Threaded bolt holes () are formed in the first terminal connecting part () and the second terminal connecting parts () of the fuse element (). Bolts () are temporarily fixed to the fuse element () by being screwed into the threaded bolt holes (), and the insulating resin part () is formed with insertion molding by using the fuse element () to which the bolts () are temporarily fixed as an inserted component.

A fuse unit includes a fuse element and an insulative resin part. The fuse element includes a power supply connecting part fixed to a battery post of a battery so as to receive power supply and arranged along an upper surface of the battery, a terminal connecting part to which a terminal is connected, and a fusible part provided between the power supply connecting part and the terminal connecting part. The insulative resin part is arranged on outer surface of the fuse element. The fuse element is bent upwards at a position between the power supply connecting part and the terminal connecting part. The terminal connecting part is arranged at a position above the upper surface of the battery and along a side surface direction of the battery.
