In an amorphous core transformer, an amorphous core is constructed such that, when a plurality of kinds of amorphous magnetic strips having different widths are arranged in abutting relation and laminated, the amorphous magnetic strips are alternated in arrangement for lamination so that abutting surfaces of the arranged and laminated amorphous magnetic strips are displaced with respect to one another. Thus, hours of wrapping work are drastically reduced and working efficiency is improved.

Amorphous core transformer

Disclosed is a wound iron core () for a static apparatus in which magnetic paths in the inside of the wound iron core are subdivided to improve iron core characteristics. The iron core () is configured by using two or more kinds of magnetic materials (to) with different magnetic permeabilities to form laminated blocks with single plates or a plurality of laminated plates and by alternately arranging the laminated blocks with different magnetic permeabilities from the inner circumference. An iron core material () with large magnetic permeability out of iron core materials with different magnetic permeabilities is arranged on the inner circumference side. Further, when the iron core materials with different magnetic permeabilities are alternately arranged, the iron core materials () with the same magnetic permeability are configured to gradually change in thickness to ease an excessive magnetic flux density distribution in the iron core. A ring-shaped iron core is configured such that a plurality of block-like laminated members, which are each formed by laminating a plurality of strip-like amorphous material thin plates, are laminated and formed into a ring shape and a sheet-like non-magnetic insulation material is arranged between the n-th (n: an integer of two or more) layer of the ring-shaped block-like laminated members from the most inner circumference side and the (n+1)-th layer of the ring-shaped block-like laminated members from the most inner circumference side.

Wound iron core for static apparatus, amorphous transformer and coil winding frame for transformer

A transformer wherein the upper portions of cores are supported by a first supporting member disposed on first end surfaces of the upper portions of the cores, and a second supporting member disposed on second end surfaces of the upper portions of the cores, the first and second supporting members extend in the direction perpendicular to the faces of a magnetic material, and the cores are interposed between the first upper core supporting member and the second upper core supporting member; the first and second upper core supporting members are provided with hooks, the hooks of the first supporting member extending toward the second supporting member and the hooks of the second supporting member extending toward the first supporting member; bridging members are disposed on the opposing pairs of the hooks of the first and second upper core supporting members; and the cores are supported by the bridging members.

Transformer, amorphous transformer and method of manufacturing the transformer

The present invention aims to provide a stationary equipment installed in a sealed space on a space-saving basis and having a favorable cooling efficiency. The stationary equipment includes an equipment main body containing an iron core, a coil and insulating oil, a hollow pipe connected to the equipment main body to circulate the insulating oil in it and a plurality of hollow corrugated fins disposed on the pipe. The pipe and the corrugated fins are covered with a hood, a duct is connected to the hood and the duct is connected to an elongated cylindrical member vertically disposed on an inner wall of the tower to increase airflow by stack effect to increase a cooling efficiency in a wind power generation device.

Stationary equipment

Magnetic flux in a magnetic flux distribution inside a wound iron core for a stationary apparatus is mal-distributed toward the inner periphery side where the magnetic path of a laminated magnetic steel sheet is short with respect to the total lamination thickness and magnetic resistance is small and the inner periphery side on which magnetic flux is concentrated has a high magnetic flux density and increased iron loss, and therefore magnetic steel sheets of different magnetic characteristics are disposed at an arbitrary lamination ratio to make uniform the magnetic flux distribution inside the same wound iron core. In order to make uniform the magnetic flux distribution inside the wound iron core for a stationary apparatus, such a structure is adopted that a magnetic steel sheet having a magnetic characteristic inferior to that on the outer periphery side is disposed on the inner periphery side having a shorter magnetic path and smaller magnetic resistance and a magnetic steel sheet having a magnetic characteristic superior to that on the inner periphery side is disposed on the outer periphery side having a longer magnetic path and greater magnetic resistance to thereby make uniform the magnetic flux distribution in a sectional area of the iron core.

Iron core for stationary apparatus and stationary apparatus

An oil-filled transformer monitoring system is provided which calculates an oil temperature of an oil-filled transformer with high precision from a current of the transformer and an ambient temperature. The oil-filled transformer monitoring system of this invention has an oil temperature calculation device to calculate a transformer oil temperature using measurements from a transformer current measuring device and an ambient temperature measuring device. The transformer monitoring system also has an oil temperature measuring device and compares an output value from the oil temperature calculation device with an output value from the oil temperature measuring device to detect any anomaly.

Transformer monitoring system

An amorphous metal core transformer is provided with a plurality of wound magnetic cores composed of amorphous metal strips, and a plurality of coils, each of the coils including a primary coil and a secondary coil, each of the coils further including a bobbin. The primary coil employs different material from that of the secondary coil, e.g., a copper conductor is employed in a primary coil, while an aluminum conductor is employed in a secondary coil. The bobbin has higher strength than that of the amorphous metal strips.

Amorphous metal core transformer

An amorphous transformer prevents deformation or deflection caused by the repulsion force between an outer coil and an inner coil and prevents formation of a one-turn-current through a reinforcement member and a coil frame. The amorphous transformer includes amorphous cores, an outer coil and an inner coil, a coil frame and a reinforcement member. The reinforcement member prevents the amorphous core from being deformed inward by the electromagnetic force of the coil, and the frame member and the reinforcement member prevents formation of an electrical closed-loop. Accordingly, the amorphous transformer core is protected from being damaged.
