Exhaust gas boiler

A known reheat type exhaust gas boiler of the type having superheaters and reheaters disposed in parallel in the most upstream portion of an exhaust gas boiler main body, is improved by simplifying the structure and providing more effective recovery of heat from the exhaust gas. The superheaters and reheaters are divided into a plurality of stages. A high-temperature side superheater and a high-temperature side reheater are disposed in parallel in the most upstream portion of the gas flow. A low-temperature side reheater is disposed on the downstream side of the high-temperature side superheater, while a low-temperature side superheater is disposed on the downstream side of the high-temperature side reheater. The high-temperature side superheater and the high-temperature side reheater are formed so as to have an identical heat transfer tube outer diameter, an identical tube pitch in the transverse direction of the main body, an identical tube pitch in the longitudinal direction and an identical number of tube rows in the longitudinal direction. Likewise, the low-temperature side reheater and the low-temperature side superheater are formed so as to have an identical heater transfer tube outer diameter, an identical tube pitch in the transverse direction of the main body, an identical tube pitch in the longitudinal direction and an identical number of tube rows in the longitudinal direction.

Reheat type exhaust gas boiler

An exhaust boiler includes a high-pressure superheater, a high-pressure steam generator, a high-pressure economizer, a low-pressure steam generator and a low-pressure economizer disposed sequentially from an upstream side within an exhaust gas flow passageway, and a denitrification apparatus is disposed upstream of the high-pressure economizer. Such boiler is improved so as to achieve maximum heat recovery regardless of whether or not sulfur oxides are contained in the exhaust gas. A bypass duct is connected to the exhaust gas passageway at a position downstream of the high-pressure economizer and upstream of the low-pressure steam generator, and dampers are disposed respectively within the bypass duct and at a position within the exhaust gas passageway downstream of the connecting point of the bypass duct and upstream of the low-pressure steam generator.

Exhaust boiler

A steam boiler which includes a rear flue containing superheaters, reheaters, economizers and the like, a plurality of gas passages, and one or more dampers for regulating the flow of gases passing through the plurality of gas passages. In this arrangement, a gas mixer is provided to evenly mix the gases at the outlets of the gas passages.

An exhaust gas boiler including a plurality of superheaters and reheaters disposed separately in a side-by-side relationship with each other in the upstream of exhaust gas flow and in a plane across the complete of said exhaust gas boiler, which comprises in combination a plurality of superheater means and reheater means separated into primary and secondary groups respectively in such a manner that the secondary superheater means and secondary reheater means are disposed side by side with each other, the primary reheater means being in the downstream of the secondary superheater means and the primary superheater means in the downstream of the secondary reheater means, the primary superheater means and the secondary superheater means being connected with each other, the primary reheater means and the secondary reheater means being connected with each other, respectively, and that there are provided a plurality of pass partition means between the superheater means and the reheater means.
