A first heat exchanger is a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between refrigerant and gas. The first heat exchanger includes a first group of first heat transfer tubes, a second group of first heat transfer tubes, a first group of second heat transfer tubes, and a second group of second heat transfer tubes. The first group of first heat transfer tubes are arranged side by side in a third direction and connected to each other in series. The second group of first heat transfer tubes are arranged side by side in the third direction and connected to each other in series. The first group of second heat transfer tubes are arranged side by side in the third direction and connected to each other in series. The second group of second heat transfer tubes are arranged side by side in the third direction and connected to each other in series.

Refrigeration cycle apparatus

In a refrigeration cycle apparatus, a refrigerant pipe is connected to a compressor, a first heat exchanger, an expansion valve, a second heat exchanger, a heat absorber, and the compressor sequentially in this order. R290 is used as refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe. The heat absorber is provided in a portion of the refrigerant pipe between the compressor and the first heat exchanger or the second heat exchanger serving as an evaporator. The heat absorber is disposed in contact with an electric component. A branch pipe is connected in parallel with the portion provided with the heat absorber in the refrigerant pipe. The branch pipe is provided with a flow rate regulating valve.

Refrigeration cycle apparatus and method for controlling refrigeration cycle apparatus

A heat exchanger includes a distributor, and a first heat transfer tube and a second heat transfer tube connected in parallel with each other with respect to the distributor. The first heat transfer tube is disposed above the second heat transfer tube. The first heat transfer tube has a first inner circumferential surface, and at least one first groove recessed relative to the first inner circumferential surface and arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the heat transfer tube. The second heat transfer tube has a second inner circumferential surface, and at least one second groove recessed relative to the second inner circumferential surface and arranged side by side in a circumferential direction. An internal pressure loss of the first heat transfer tube is smaller than an internal pressure loss of the second heat transfer tube.

Heat exchanger and refrigeration cycle apparatus

A heat exchanger includes a heat transfer tube. The heat transfer tube includes a first tube portion, and second tube portions connected in parallel with each other with respect to the first tube portion. The first tube portion has a first inner circumferential surface, and first grooves recessed relative to the first inner circumferential surface and arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the heat transfer tube. The second tube portions each have a second inner circumferential surface, and a plurality of second grooves recessed relative to the second inner circumferential surface and arranged side by side in the circumferential direction. The first grooves are less than the second grooves in one or more of a number of grooves, a depth of each groove, and a lead angle of each groove.
