A foldable device includes a flexible display including a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion disposed between the first portion and the second portion; and a body including a first support portion which supports the first portion of the flexible display, a second support portion which supports the second portion of the flexible display, and a third support portion which supports the third portion of the flexible display. The third support portion includes a first rotation axis which connects the first support portion to the third support portion, and a second rotation axis which connects the second support portion to the third support portion.

A disclosed electronic device includes a housing having an opening, a roll mounted in the housing, a flexible display wound on the roll and being extendable and retractable through the opening based on a rotation direction of the roll, and a roll guide configured to guide the roll to move in a direction capable of constantly maintaining a proceeding direction of the flexible display toward the opening in the housing, based on a variation in a wound length of the flexible display on the roll.

An electronic apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a first body and a second body configured to move with respect to each other, a rollable display, a roller rotatably supported in the first body, wherein a first end portion of the rollable display is fixed to the roller and the rollable display is wound around an outer circumference of the roller, and a tensile force application portion configured to apply an elastic force to the roller to rotate in a direction to wind the display, the tensile force application portion rotating with the roller, in which, as the first body and second body move with respect to each other, the rollable display is wound around the roller to be accommodated in the first body or is released from the roller to expanding between the first body and the second body in a length direction.

Electronic apparatus having rollable display device

A foldable device includes a first body and a second body that support a flexible display device and change between an unfolding position and a folding position at which the flexible display device is received in the first and second bodies to have a droplet shape. A first support portion and a second support portion are respectively provided on the first and second bodies, are maintained at a support position at which the first and second support portions support a third part when the first and second bodies are in a position between the unfolding position and a receiving start position, and move to a receiving position at which the first and second support portions move away from the third part to form a receiving space when the first and second bodies fold beyond the receiving start position.

A rollable display device is provided. The rollable display device includes first and second bodies, a display, a roller supported in the first body to be rotatable, to which one end portion of the display in a length direction of the display is fixed and around an outer circumference of which the display is wound, and a support member a plurality of segmented links connected to pivot around a hinge shaft perpendicular to an image display surface, the support member being accommodated in an accommodation unit provided in the first body. As the first body is separated from the second body, the display is unwound from the roller and is unrolled outward from the first body to expand in the length direction, and the support member is unrolled outward from the first body in the length direction to support a rear surface of the display.
