A connector is provided with a terminal, a die-cast member for surrounding an outer periphery of the terminal, a dielectric to be arranged between the terminal and the die-cast member, and a housing into which the die-cast member is mounted. The die-cast member includes a locking protrusion, and the housing includes a locking recess recessed in a mounting direction of the die-cast member. The locking protrusion is press-fit into the locking recess. A closing portion shut off from outside is formed between a tip part of the locking protrusion in the mounting direction and a back end part of the locking recess in the mounting direction.

This invention relates to a photosensitive member for electrophotography with a photoconductive layer on an electrically conductive substrate and a surface protective layer on the photoconductive layer, wherein the surface protective layer comprises a ternary polymer of nylon or a multicomponent polymer of nylon having 10% or less in saturated degree of water absorption under 65% of relative humidity at 24.degree. An image reading apparatus of the present invention enlarges and reads a small light-permeable document such as a photographic film. In the apparatus of the present invention, an image of a film is divided into strips and is projected on a part of a main-scanning direction of a line image sensor. The film is then moved in a direction corresponding to the main-scanning direction of the line image sensor, thereby reading the image of the whole area of the film.

The disclosure relates to a developing apparatus having a developing sleeve for making a latent image visible and a bucket roller for supplying developer to the developing sleeve including a plurality of buckets provided on the circumferential surface of the bucket roller at a predetermined spacing and base portions for supporting the buckets respectively. Each of the buckets are loosely provided at the base portions respectively so as to pivot with respect to the base portions. This construction effectively prevents the aggregation and accumulation of developer at the bucket portion, as well as gives sufficient flowability to the developer.
