Electronic control device and method for manufacturing the same

Provided is an electronic control device capable of suppressing outflow of a sealing material to the outside and reducing defective attachment of a bracket. The electronic control deviceto be attached to a bracketincludes a cover(first housing) and a case(second housing) fitted to the cover. The cover(first housing) includes a first flangeF and a first groove portionfilled with a sealing material. The case(second housing) includes a second flangeF overlapping the first flangeF, and a case protrusion(protrusion) fitted to the first groove portionand embedded in the sealing material. The first flangeF of the cover(first housing) has a second groove portionpresent at a position that is closer to the outside than the first groove portionis.

Electronic control device

A circuit board including a through-hole into which a press-fit terminal portion is inserted in a depth direction; an inner wall land provided on an inner wall of the through-hole; and a plurality of inner layer lands which are provided in an inner layer of the circuit board, are planes substantially parallel to a mounting surface of the circuit board, and are in contact with the inner wall land. The inner wall land has a first region that is in contact with the press-fit terminal portion and a second region that is not in contact with the press-fit terminal portion. Among the plurality of inner layer lands, a first inner layer land, which is an inner layer land disposed on an identical surface with the first region of the inner wall land, is wider than a second inner layer land which is an inner layer land disposed on an identical surface with the second region of the inner wall land.

Circuit board assembly

An object of the invention is to provide an electronic control unit having a structure that suppresses corrosion of plating and completely seals the substrate side under an environment where corrosion occurs. An electronic control unitincludes a printed wiring boardin which electronic components are provided, a casein which the printed wiring boardis accommodated, and a coverthat is provided on the case. The caseand the coverhave joint surfaces that face each other and are connected via a sealing material. The joint surface is provided with a screwthat passes through the coveror the case. A platingis provided in a surface of the caseor the coverthat is provided with a through hole through which the screwpenetrates. An exposed portionof a base material formed by partially peeling off the platingpresents inside the caseor the coverand on an inner side of the casefrom the through hole. The sealing materialhas penetrated into the exposed portionof the base material.

Electronic control unit

An electronic control device comprises at least three connectors, a case, and a board. The case has at least three openings through which the connectors are inserted, the connectors are provided on a plane. The board is housed inside the case and to the connectors are electrically connected thereto. The at least three openings includes a first opening, a second opening, and a third opening. The third opening is disposed between the first opening and the second opening. The case includes the first, second, and third openings, and a heat dissipation fin or a rib provided between the first opening and the second opening.

An electronic control device includes a heating element, a substrate, and a housing. The heating element includes an electronic component. The heating element is mounted to the substrate. The substrate is fixed to the housing via a substrate fixing portion. The housing includes a plurality of projecting portions projecting to the substrate side from a reference surface. The plurality of projecting portions have mutually different heights from the reference surface. The reference surface is a surface opposing the substrate and a reference of a height of the housing. The projecting portion highest in the height from the reference surface among the plurality of projecting portions is in contact with a surface of the substrate via a heat dissipation member. The surface of the substrate is on an opposite side of a surface where the heating element is mounted.

Provided is an in-vehicle control device which is able to protect a seal material even when being interposed by a fixing member which is fixed to a vehicle while suppressing the protruding of the seal material toward an inner space. The in-vehicle control device includes a first housing (), a second housing () which is fixed to face the first housing (), and a seal material () which seals the inner space which is disposed between a flange of the first housing () and a flange of the second housing () and is formed by the first housing () and the second housing (). The first housing () includes a shape () (bank-shaped portion) which is disposed on a side near an inner space () from the seal material (), faces the flange of the second housing (), and suppresses the moving of the seal material () toward the inner space ().

Vehicle-mounted control device

The objective of the present invention is to provide an electronic control device with which it is possible to improve the flow of hot water, during molding, between openings through which connectors penetrate, in a case of an electronic control device, the size of which has increased as a result of an increase in the level of functionality of the electronic control device, while suppressing deformation of said case. There are at least three connectors. At least three openings through which the connectors are inserted are provided in one plane in a case. A printed circuit board is housed inside the case, and the connectors are electrically connected thereto. The third opening is disposed between the first opening and the second opening. The third opening is disposed in a position furthest from a center C of a plane, in the longitudinal direction of the case.

A laser welded structure is formed by laser welding together a resin molded body formed from a thermoplastic polymer alloy containing a crystalline resin and an amorphous resin and a metal body made of a metal. Electrohydraulic control module

An electronic control unit has a respiratory filter mounted on a waterproof case. Raised protective walls formed in the case surround the portion of the case at which the respiratory filter is arranged. At least two concave portions are provided for drainage that each extend through different positions of the protective walls.
