A release agent for vulcanized rubber molding is provided which has excellent mold releasing properties and washability. This release agent for vulcanized rubber molding contains an alkylene oxide adduct (A) of an active hydrogen group-containing compound having four active hydrogen atoms in the molecule, wherein the aforementioned alkylene oxide adduct (A) of an active hydrogen group-containing compound has a number average molecular weight of 5000-30000, and contains 50-95 mass % of an oxyethylene group.

Release agent for vulcanized rubber molding

Provided is a release agent for vulcanized rubber molding, the release agent exhibiting good mold releasability between a mold and a rubber after vulcanization and capable of being easily removed after production. The release agent for vulcanized rubber molding contains a polyoxyalkylene glyceryl ether (A). The polyoxyalkylene glyceryl ether (A) contains 50% to 95% by mass of oxyethylene groups in 100% by mass of oxyalkylene groups. The polyoxyalkylene glyceryl ether (A) preferably has a number-average molecular weight of 2,000 to 20,000.

This release agent for vulcanized rubber molding contains an alkylene oxide adduct (A) of an amine compound having 4-8 active hydrogen atoms in the molecule, wherein the aforementioned alkylene oxide adduct (A) of an amine compound has a number average molecular weight of 5000-30000, and contains 50-95 mass % of an oxyethylene group.

A surface active agent composition is prepared including: a polymerizable monomer surface active agent and a polymerizable dimer surface active agent represented by the following chemical formula. In the following chemical formula, R s each are independently an alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, R s each are independently hydrogen or a methyl group, As each are independently an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms or a substituted alkylene group, and ns each are independently an integer from 0 to 200. The surface active agent composition is capable of providing for an emulsion exhibiting excellent mechanical stability and polymerization stability, which in turn is capable of forming a film having sufficiently high adhesion and water resistance.

C., from 5 to 50 parts by weight of a bis-tetrabromophthalimide, 0-50 parts by weight of a bromine-containing epoxy polymer having a molecular weight from 1,000 to 50,000 and from 1 to 20 parts by weight of antimony trioxide.
