A mandrel has an outer peripheral member that shapes an outer peripheral surface of a mandrel, and a regulation member that regulates movement of the outer peripheral surface toward the radially inner side. A manufacturing device for a tubular member includes a radial movement mechanism that deforms the outer peripheral surface by actuating the regulation member into the outer peripheral surface in a winding shape and the outer peripheral surface in a separable shape, the separable shape being obtained by moving the outer peripheral surface in the winding shape toward the radially inner side and allowing the mandrel and the tubular member to be separated in the axial direction of the mandrel.

Manufacturing device for manufacturing tubular member constituting high-pressure tank

A fuel supply device includes an inlet pipe, a first end of the inlet pipe configured to be connected to an oil supply port and a second end of the inlet pipe configured to be connected to a fuel tank and an air flow path, an upstream side end of the air flow path configured to be open to the outside and a downstream side end of the air flow path configured to be connected to the fuel tank. The air flow path includes a negative pressure valve configured to move a valve body to open a valve port when the pressure in the fuel tank becomes a negative pressure and an air filter disposed upstream of the negative pressure valve.

A tank mounting technique of the invention effectively responds to a variation in size of a high-pressure tank T in its longitudinal direction and allows positioning of the high-pressure tank T around its longitudinal axis. A tank receiving recessprovided below a vehicle platform F has a pair of a front inclined surfaceF and a rear inclined surfaceR arranged to face each other across a concave groove. A side face of the high pressure tank T is brought into contact with both the inclined surfacesF andR. An end face of a tank positioning groove TVS formed on the high pressure tank T is brought into contact with a contact structureof a tank edge bracket. This arrangement enables the high-pressure tank T to be positioned in a vehicle vertical direction and a vehicle front-back direction, as well as in the tank longitudinal direction (in a vehicle width direction). The tank positioning groove TVS is aligned with a notchformed in the tank edge bracketto specify a rotational position of the high-pressure tank T around its longitudinal axis.
