A pocket (P) structure formed by providing a pocket opening () in a trim main body and installing a case-shaped pocket cover () having an upper opening () on the rear side of the pocket opening () is provided. The front wall part of the pocket (P) is formed in a double wall structure comprising the trim main body () and a front wall () of the pocket cover (). The trim main body () and the front wall () of the pocket cover () are provided with locking holes () and locking pieces (), respectively, so as to eliminate iron clips in order to reduce cost and simplify a recycle operation. Patch ribs () are installed on opposed surfaces of the rear surfaces of the trim main body and the front wall () of the pocket cover () so as to provide a good grasp at the time the pocket cover is grasped.

Pocket structure in interior trim

A cargo bin lid hinge includes a body member, a first hinge arm, and a second hinge arm. The first hinge arm extends from the body member and is generally aligned with the body member. The second hinge arm extends from the body member, and is curved and extends away from a plane of the body member. The first and second hinge arms cooperate to define an elongated hinge pin-receiving receptacle. A hinge pin has a flat surface that facilitates snap-fitting assembly of the hinge thereon.

Rear cargo lid assembly

A cargo lid retention device and method for holding a cargo lid in an open position, wherein the retention device includes a fixed hook member, a removable hook member, and a tether. The fixed hook member defines a receptacle that releasably receives the fixed hook member. The receptacle includes an upstanding rim and a resilient fastener which cooperate to hold the removable hook member against undesired movement. The removable hook member is secured to the tether which, in turn, is secured to the cargo lid. The tether cooperates with the removable hook member when the removable hook member is secured to a remote support to maintain the cargo lid in the open position.

Combination grocery hook and cargo lid hook storage device

An integrated grab rail and map light assembly including a handle portion that is secured to a vehicle roof by first and second mounting members disposed adjacent first and second ends of the handle portion, respectively. A light receptacle extends from a second end of the handle portion and has a light assembly disposed therein. The light assembly is covered by a lens that also covers the second mounting member. The lens is pushed to actuate the light assembly.

Integrated light and grab rail assembly

A cargo bin liner is adapted to retain and store a tonneau cover therein. The cargo bin liner includes a central cup-shaped member and a pair of wings that extend outwardly from opposite ends of the cup-shaped wall. The wings include a base wall, forward wall, a rearward wall, and an end wall. The forward and rearward walls are spaced apart a distance that closely corresponds to a width dimension of the tonneau cover received therebetween such that the tonneau cover is snugly fitted against unintended horizontal movement. The end wall includes mounting members that engage terminal ends of the tonneau cover and prevent unintended vertical and horizontal movement of the tonneau cover. The cargo bin liner has a cargo bin lid pivotally secured thereto, and provides engagement surfaces to vertically support the lid when the lid is in a closed position.
